We are indeed mid-renovations, nearing the end of the first phase including the restaurant and lobby area and beginning the Modernization of our Elevators and Pool. We look forward to having you stay with us again when your business brings you back to Kalamazoo.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback. It is wonderful that the desk agents were able to accommodate you and that your stay was enjoyable, less the disruptions of another guest. Please note that I have addressed your concerns regarding the noise with the appropriate persons.
