I want to aplogize for you not have a satisfactory stay. It is our goal to please all of our customers. During my investigations of your comments I did find that we let several of the shooters check in before 4pm with the exception that they would not go into the rooms until later due to the fact that we did have a full house and the maids did not have all the rooms cleaned. Yours was one of them. I also checked with our pest control to see if your particular room had any history of bugs and not only did he tell me no but he has never seen them in any of rooms in the past several years. This could be the case where someone else may have brought them in but to this day there has been no sightings. The room that you mentioned that had the A/C problem was given the opportunity to move to another room or have maintence come fix and they chose to stay but did find that the GM went and found they just did not know how to operate the unti correctly.
Again we certainly appreciate feedback from our guests and will always look into any issues they have even if we do not know about them until they are gone. We hope that you would give us another chance in the future!

I do want to share with you that the hotel is going through some rennovations starting with the Denny's Restaurant and Sports Bar coming by July 2012!
