In working in the hospitality field for the past 20 years, there are certain stars in the hotel world, and we are extremely fortunate to have one of those. Larry is one of those people who goes above and beyond every day, and I sincerely appreciate that you took the time to mention how nice he made your stay with us. All hotels share similar features - beds, pools, fitness centers... but the service provided and the people on staff can have more of an impact on a guest's stay than just about anything else. I'm glad Larry made yours a great one!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding your stay. In looking at your review, I was pleased to notice that you indicated our service and location were good. I'm sorry that your room did not meet your expectations. I wish that you had notified our staff of the concerns so that we could have addressed them for you. I feel that each guest should leave the hotel feeling well rested, and good about their time with us.
I hope that you will return to visit us in 2012. We are planning a major renovation, where we will be enhancing our overall guest experience - improved pool/spa, more luxurious rooms, relaxing and inviting lobby and public space - with the same great service.

I appreciate your comments - as much as we enjoy hearing good things about guest experiences, I've found that sometimes you learn the most from those whose stay needed some improvements. Please be assured that I have shared your comments with my team, and we are using your feedback to help us improve our operation. In January 2012, we will begin a dramatic renovation. We will be updating our guest rooms, pool, fitness center, and other key areas to improve the look and feel of the hotel, and enhance the guest experience.
I hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the Holiday Inn to enjoy our new look coming soon.
