Unfortunately we were not aware of this site and as such we did not get your feedback and consequently we where unable to respond earlier. Feedback is always important in order to understand what our guests appreciate most so we can do more of it and what they don't so we can change it where possible.. I like to bring to your awareness though that not all rooms have share facilities there are rooms with suites that are available to guests, and the garden rooms have bathrooms available to them that although not in en-suite fashion room they are not shared with others they are assigned to specific rooms. Two of the upstairs rooms share a bathroom and we take great care to let our guests know before they book and we generally try to hire them out to friends that come at the same time although that is not always possible. This an old historic Manor not a new building and as such great care has to be taken with any additions to the building. Most of the staff is part of the owners so not quite sure what it was meant when you said staff was friendly but owners not...
