Thank you for taking the time to post a review on trip advisor
At the Park we review our guest comments on a regular basis in order that we might learn from them an continue to improve on our stanards and service. I am sorry to hear of your recent stay and your disspointment with your bedroom. The Hotel is stricttly a non smoking hotel and therefore our rooms should be smoke free, I am sorry to hear that the previous guest had smoked in the room you where allocated and we had not managed to remove the smell prior to your arrival. Thank you for bringing some of the housekeeping issues of your room to our attention, these matters for this particular room have been attended too as part of our quality audits. We would of course like to see you visit the Hotel on a future visit so you can see the continued improvements we are making too the quality of our bedrooms.. And I hope to personally meet you on a future visit to the hotel

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your resent stay at The Park Hotel .The Hotel reviews its guest comments on a regular basis to ensure we continue to improve what we offer our guests in terms of both service and product.
I have recently joined the company and am currently reviewing the ongoing maintenance of both the hotel rooms and oherr areas of the property and you will be pleased that the company are currently looking at range of options for refurbishment of the hotels bedroooms.
I do hope that you will return to the hotel this year to start to see some posiitve changes to the bedrooms at the hotel

I am sorry to hear that your breakfast service took longer than you had expected, as part of our strive for continued improvement we will be completing a survey and review of our breakfast product and service in the New Year. The Company are also currently looking at a range of refurbishment options for the hotel bedrooms which we are looking to complete in 2012

Thank you for you review you have posted on trip adivsor and we do appreciate you taking the time to post this reivew. I have since your visit joined the Hotel as General Manager and we are completing reviews of our products and services and the service at breakast is currently having a complete review to ensure that we improve on the speed of service and ensure we produce a consistant product that meet our guest requirements. As part of this review we will be surveying our guests during January to ensure that we are listening to our guest needs.
