I apologize that you feel we handled this situation incorrectly. We value each of our guests and do our best to make each one happy and I am sorry you feel we fell short with you. Our company policy is that we are not able to check in a guest unless they have a credit, that is theirs, and a photo ID. We do a paperless checkin and it is also for the security of each guest. We do have credit card authorization forms available as well should a guest want to pay for another guests charges. We unfortunatly can not go by a phone call as it could be anyone on the other line and the card on file or in a guests hand that doens't have their name on it could be fraudulant. I am again sorry that we are unable to do this any other way and that you feel we have a bad practice in the way we handled things. If you would like to discuss this I would be happy to talk to you in person as well as we would like to keep seeing you come back to our hotel.

Thank you for your comments on our hotel, we like to hear both the good and the bad to help make us a stronger hotel for our guests. Although we do not have chairs in our guest rooms we would be happy to bring some comfortable lounge chairs up to you next time you stay with us. If we don't have it we like to make it happen for our guests. I apologize for the dog barking you experienced as well. We are dog friendly but only allow for them to stay on our first floor and we should have noticed and stopped the barking immediatly. We would be happy to ensure you are on a top floor river view suite away from any of our visiting pet friends next time you stay. Thank you as well for bringing your concerns regarding our bar food to my attention, I will work with my team to ensure all is cooked properly. I will also look into the wasabi nut as our guests have come to love them and we may have a batch that isn't the same as the others.
