Thanks for taking the time to share your comments regarding the Crowne Plaza Dayton. Since you stayed in October of 2011, significant changes have taken place at the property. As you mentioned in your review summary, with upgrades, the hotel could be exceptional. Since you last stayed we have completely gutted and remodeled all of the guestrooms, including new bathrooms, new carpet, wall vinyl, all new beds and granite topped furniture, new 37" flat panel televisions, and all of the public spaces have been re-done as well (we're currently finishing up in the lobby with the addition of a new lobby coffee shop and guest pantry area).

One thing that hasn't changed is that we still have friendly, knowledgable staff members who pride themselves on taking exceptional care of each and every guest. I hope that you will have the opportunity to get back to Dayton to experience the new hotel. If you do return, I would appreciate receiving your feedback as a comparison to what you experienced in October.
