I regret you had difficulty sleeping. Many guests have rooms facing the city without having issues getting rest. We'll double check seals on city side windows on the 16th floor to ensure there aren't any needing attention.

My apologies for the lack of dusting treatment your room received. Your comments wil lbe shared with our housekeeping management for review with the attendants assigned to the 16 th floor. That shouldn't have gotten past us.

We didn't have any special activity happening last November that would have impacted the hours of the restaurant and required closing early. I'm not sure what breakfast items we would have run out of and have not previously heard of any issues. I regret these were things that did not meet your expectations.

It was great to have you stay with us and we appreciate the feedback. Thank you for the compliments as well as sharing some of the issues you encountered. I have shared your comments with our management staff for follow up and coaching as appropriate.

I regret there were a few letdowns with your room and speed of internet service. We have transitioned to two levels of bandwidth to more closely align with guests needs. The bellman may have been providing assistance at the time you arrived. My apologies they didn't get back to the lobby in time to assist you.

Shampoos and soap are replaced when they run out or when the guest in the room checks out, whichever happens first in order to prevent waste. Toothpaste is available in each guest room and we do have disposable razors, shaving cream and tooth brushes available complimentary for those people that forget theirs. They are on a request basis and we're glad to provide.

I do hope we will see you again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's important to us. I have passed along your comments to our management team in order to address them . Thank you. We will check the podiums and make any necessary repairs. That shouldn't have slipped through.

The food that is presented is based on orders placed by the meeting planner overseeing the event. We have held several meetings this month and the response from those charged with planning them has been very good. I regret your feelings are different. The comments you provide will be helpful to us going forward so thanks again for taking the time.
