We appreciate having a team with us that conducts themselves in such a manner and it is certainly a testiment to a well-managed sports group! So, we THANK YOU!!!

I am very pleased that your stay with us was enjoyable and we hope successful! Our Sales Manager, Ivona, looks forward to having you with us again and handling any of Radford's Athletic Department's housing when in Jacksonville. Our hotel is in the perfect location for travel to the University of North Florida or Jacksonville University and we value our official status as a host hotel for the University's here in the City!

Dear Ms. D-Dean...

I appreciate the time you took to share your insight regarding your visit with our hotel. Our goal is to provide for every guest to have an excellent experience and if we do not meet that goal completely then we appreciate being given the opportunity to correct it. In this regard, I met with our agent regarding your experience at check in. She is mortified to learn that you felt her welcome fell short of our standards of service excellence. She wants you to personally know that it was not her intent to give you the impression that she was refusing to let you in and in fact asked that the doors be released for you as she was assisting another guest. In reviewing our DVR system I do see where she was working with someone else and another staff member did activate the door. On behalf of our agent, she would like her apologies expressed to you. I want to thank you for your kind words regarding our other staff members and I have shared these compliments as well. I hope that you will be so kind as to visit us on future trips to Jacksonville and I invite you to contact me regarding reservations as I would like to personally assist you.
