The overall Jamaica experience was great. Our arrival with the driver John was very welcoming and peaceful. However, upon departure Roxy Williams was very rude and her attitude was very unpleasant. She indignantly responded to me in a condescending tone. It was absurd and a bad note to leave on. This is not a way to treat your guest as they depart.

This airport to/from hotel was the best! Due to AA many travel issues, Nexus made changes with no problems. I was given updated/confirmations of all changes. They were timely and professional! Go ahead, it’s an awesome company!!!

The stand at the airport alone is a extremely unorganized and no distinct lines....just a hurd of people trying to figure out the mess in front of them. When we finally were waited on they had our reservation wrong. An hour later they acknowledged the error they made but still didn't send transportation to fit my group..they stuffed 30 people on a bus that was designed for 21. We couldn't even walk the isle because it had our luggage in it.... all of it uncomfortable and definitely unsafe in the event of an emergency. After this error to the hotel out Travel agent who had arranged this private transfer called to make sure the error wouldn't happen again at pick up back to the airport BUT it did!
They were unapologetic and the last driver refused to take us so we had to split our group and some of us took a public transfer back even though it was the company's fault. So we paid for a private transfer and didn't get it. Also we ended up at the airport 1.5 hours later than anticipated and this was an inconvenience. We were traveling with 30 people and it barely gave us enough time to get through and situated and our kids fed and settled before getting on the plane. I would never recommend this transfer service. The only good thing I can say is our firs driver Mr. Carl was extremely nice !!!
