We enjoyed our tour with Shawn as our guide. He was very professional, safe and fun. I loved driving fast through the trails and enjoyed the scenery. Highly recommend for couples and families. The park itself is very nice too. Take a little bit of cash with you on the ATV tour to have a drink or snack midway through.

The description of this trip stated it would be 1 - 1.5 hour ATV/Dune Buggy trip with opportunities to take photos on Negril's famous Seven Mile Beach. We did drive by the beach but did not stop for any photo opportunities. The only stop made was at a stand where we could purchase beverages. We were back within 30 minutes of leaving. Not worth the money at all. I recommend going to YS Falls instead.

Sorry but I expected more. I am a very experienced rider. So I would not recommend for other experienced folks. I went for a short ride and then had to stop for a break. We didn’t need one. I assume it was just a visit point for the employees. Not something I would do again.

There are a couple of reasons I only give 2 stars for this. The main thing I will say is that the ATV experience itself is okay, but for the price ($115 per person), it's absurd. We did this experience after Jamwest's reopening post-COVID, and the information that we read about it online still shows that they go to the beach (Salmon point). We discovered after already paying for this experience that they no longer go there given complaints from villagers in that area re: the tourists. Fully recognizing this isn't explicitly the company's fault, information needs to be updated online immediately so customers realize up front what they are getting (or rather AREN'T getting). We were looking forward to swimming on a very hot day at the end of this experience after paying extra money to our taxi man just to make it out to Jamwest, so this was very disappointing. The other thing is that the experience is very short, like maybe 30-40 minutes at most. Apparently the course was also changed/shortened after COVID, because the safari experience also had to be changed given villager complaints.
In summary (TLDR): I was very disappointed that this ATV tour to salmon point is no longer a tour to salmon point (and this was not evident online), it is more like a 30-40 minute ride on a circular trek for $115 per person, which online made it seem like it was $115 for TWO PEOPLE. I would not have paid more than $30 for this, and even with the "free" inclusion of a trip to the mineral bath, truthfully I would not have paid more than $50. Really wish we had realized all these things beforehand so we could've saved extra hassle to go all the way out to Jamwest and avoid spending over twice what we really would have been willing to pay (we are recent graduates with a LOT of student debt and can't afford to drop $ on things we don't really like or really want to do). On that note, we did also ask if they have a student discount; we were told "it's already discounted" (BS). Hopefully by reading this you'll know what you are getting into; the experience itself is not bad, it is just not even close to worth it in my opinion.
On a slightly positive note -- the guy that came with us to the mineral bath was really nice. His name was Orlando; he gave us some notes about other cool places to check out while in Jamaica e.g. the blue hole in Negril (very cool place).

Today my wife and I booked to do the atv tour, the y safari and the zip wire. One word to sum it up - excellent! The atv was fun and there was no pressure to keep up, it was done at your pace. The tour guide in the jeep safari, Aston, was a fountain of knowledge and obviously very passionate about his home island. We saw local wildlife and were given a lot of information and background. We even got to sit on Daniel the Bull! The zip wires were amazing! My wife was apprehensive but Michael aka Hummingbird and Tristan aka Ground Dove made the whole experience truly exceptional and enjoyable. Would throughly recommend anyone to visit!

Shawn Cousins was incredible! He made sure my wife and I were comfortable riding the ATVs which we were and then he took us thru well groomed trails over rocks, thru water and under a covered bridge. There’s a special spot he’ll take you to as well! Great experience!
