Had a very great experience with Island Taxi. Upon arrival we were greeted by an employee who walked us through the arrival process. As we were the only arrival, the terminal wasn’t busy and probably didn’t save much time. We were then escorted to the Sandals lounge were our driver met us after about 10 minutes.
The horror stories you hear about the drive to the north are true! It’s a very rough road, very curvy, and very narrow. If you are at all sensitive to motion sickness, please prepare yourself. Do NOT attempt to rent a car!! Our diver KJ was very friendly and answered all of our annoying questions about the island. Even though Sandals has a free shuttle service I opted for the private transfer for 2 reasons: 1) To get out of the airport ASAP. No waiting to fill the shuttle. 2) Since a shuttle is more top heavy, it will rock back and forth more than a sedan. The road is twisty enough, no need to multiply the effort.
For our drive back to the airport, our driver was on time on the dot! Not much conversation, but we were quite as well in denial our vacation was over. Once at the airport we were directed to drop off bags with the airline and then were escorted to the front of both immigration and security lines and finally to the lounge. Airport was a bit busy, so this probably shaved 40 minutes off the process.
Overall, this company is highly recommended. Booking online is easy and they are very responsive to emails.

This is a great service. They take the guesswork out of all the new requirements and get you through customs and airport check-in in a timely manner. The drivers are all professional and provide a safe/comfortable ride. Our travel time was right at 60 minutes both ways. We had originally booked the VIP roundtrip, but only the transfer on the way there. However, on 1 Jan decided to add the return transfer and they quickly accommodated my last minute request and we had a worry free trip! In my opinion they set the bar for private transfer!

I was first impressed by the response time from this company. They would respond immediately to my emails regardless of the time of day. We used them for Fast Track on arrival and departure and private transfer. They were waiting for us once we arrived to St. Lucia holding a sign with our name. They brought us to a separate line for customs with no wait. After speaking with some other people they waited 2 hours in the line. Our escort had us well prepared and put our mind at ease. Once we had our luggage we were escorted to the Sandals lounge. Our private car was ready within 5 minutes. We had a BMW for transfer to the resort and a brand new Ford Explorer for the return trip. On the return trip it was the same experience. Our escort met us at the car, walked us into the airport and brought us to a separate line with no wait (other than waiting for the Ticket Counter to open). After going through security we were escorted to the VIP lounge to wait for our flight. Light snacks (small sandwiches) and drinks were provided. Both of our drivers were very professional…Caleb on the way there and Calvin on the return trip. Drinks and snacks were provided in the car both trips. The vehicles were in excellent condition and very clean. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them if we return to St. Lucia!

I utilized this service for a group coming in for a wedding. Many of the guests needed to get to the resort in a timely manner as they had a welcome dinner to attend.
My husband and I were met at the entrance with a sign and we were finished with Health Screening and Customs in 10 minutes before we were whisked away in our luxury car. The process was seamless and quick. If you want to begin your vacation and not have to wait in lines, this service is perfect!
We had snacks and champagne waiting for us in the car. The driver, Mr. Francis, had some local music playing for us to enjoy on our ride to the resort. Our ride was peaceful and quiet.
Our return trip back was just as peaceful. It was like taking a ride through the country...peaceful and serene. I highly recommend the service to anyone arriving in St. Lucia and ready to get their vacation started! We also included the departure lounge to wait for our flight home. Because of COVID they did seem to have a limited menu and no alcoholic beverages, however the food was delicious and I was ok just having a soda. :)

Our driver Andel was great. He was very friendly and welcoming. He was already present upon our arrival. Our hotel was an hour and 15 mins drive, so he was giving us a nice tour of the island and we even stopped for local coconuts. We were offered local beers and snacks. Overall pleasant experience and highly recommended instead of taking a shared shuttle.

So glad we did the fast pass. There were at least a couple hundred people in front of us at customs. We saw someone holding up a tablet with our name. She took us to a separate customs booth. There was a pilot checking in and then we were next. Quickly through and to our luggage. It was pretty busy in the airport and she let us know which documents we needed at each desk. Once we had our luggage, we were off to the Sandals lounge. We wanted to change into shorts for the drive. By the time we changed, our luggage was already in the Lexus SUV and we were ready to go. It is a long drive but we were very comfortable and the driver was very friendly. He told us about the island and stopped anytime we wanted to take pictures. He has beer, water and snacks. The return trip to the airports just as nice. There was a little confusion with drivers (our fault) but they didn't let that faze them. Still made us feel well taken care of.

We used island taxi for a luxury SUV transfer to and from UVF. We were staying at Sandals Halcyon but didn't want to use the shuttle. We included fast pass both ways and the private lounge for departure. It was all worth every penny.
Upon arrival we used Fast Pass, which wasn't necessary as we got off the plane fast, but I can see where if it's crowded it would be useful. We met Gillian, our driver, who treated us like Royalty. We had Piton's and snacks on the way to the resort, along with facts about the places we passed.
Upon return back to the airport we requested Gillian, and we were lucky enough to have him again. He answered all out questions about the island and even stopped for scenic pictures. Fast track for departure was so helpful, especially since last minute we had to check a bag. The Fast Track person helped us through all that.
After security we were escorted to a beautiful and nice and air conditioned lounge with snacks and drinks. We were then escorted back to our gate at boarding time. The airport itself was pretty hot and crowded and the lounge was just the perfect way to end this peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Cannot tell you how great this service is. Carswell kept us well informed during the process. I was so happy we did the VIP service both ways (Antoine who helped us on arrival was brilliant}. James our driver was exceptional. We did stay in a AirBnB before transferring to Sandals and he stopped along the way for us to get groceries and even gave us his shop card so we could get discounts. There were cold drinks for us in the vehicle and the transportation (there were six of us and our luggage) was cool, clean and well taken care.
Would absolutely recommend using Carswell and his company at any time.

Getting through Customs in St Lucia was the best! We bypassed everyone in a long line & cleared with no delay! Our driver was great as well; stopped along the route to the hotel to take some pictures

Don't second guess it! GET THE FAST TRACK BOTH WAYS!
We had Jonard for arrival and departure and he was great! He was waiting for us when we arrived, had the Lexus nice and cool with water and snacks. He drove respectfully and gave us little tidbits of information about the island and places we drove through. He stopped at a bar that had great rum punch and an amazing view. Second stop was a roadside food stand. We got delicious sandwiches and made our way to the resort.
When it was time to leave he was waiting patiently outside the gates for us. Same nice and cool car with his smiling face. We were taking two puppies home with us from the airport and he helped us find the rescue people when we got to the airport.
Highly recommend this service and Jonard.
