For the final tour of our stay in Greece, we chose this private half-day tour that took us away from the hustle and bustle of Athens and onto a long drive to Cape Sounion. George, our guide, arrived early at our hotel. He was friendly and courteous and his knowledge of the history of the sites we visited was extensive. The coastal road drive was relaxing as we enjoyed the panoramic views and made a few stops to take some pictures. The Temple of Poseidon was a sight to behold! George patiently waited for us as we hiked to the top and shopped for souvenirs after. For lunch, George recommended a place that gave us a beautiful view of Cape Sounion and the temple.
After multiple tours of Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos, this long drive along the coast was the perfect ending to our vacation. Thank you, George, for the journey.

As mentioned earlier, my wife and I booked this private excursion while already on a city tour with Aristolelis. We appreciated the sea side views of Athens and the coast line drive was beautiful. The sunset views from the Temple of Poseidon were spectacular. We are in Santorini now and it's been cloudy, so I'm glad we had already seen a breath taking Greecian sunset. Thanks for an amazing, memorable day Aristotelis and Olive Sea Travel!!!

Wonderful tour. A spectacular drive along a very scenic coastline from Athens to the Temple of Poseidon to see the sunset. The sunset was gorgeous. Nasos, our driver, knows all the right spots for great scenery, he knows the history of the area, and he even knows the best places to stop for dinner.

Had another great day with Giannis, who is such a friendly gem and a great driver to Cape Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon. Arrived about 15 minutes before the site stops selling tickets to visitors, which is roughly 30 mins before sunset. It's very, very windy and cold in winter, but it's all worth it. Views from every angle were magnificent and Giannis brought it to life with his great storytelling before we arrived at the site. Had dinner nearby at a place he recommended, and the food was really good, fresh, and reasonably priced. Another great chit chat on the way back made the 70 minute drive back to the city pass so fast. Do it in winter, it was free from crowds and you felt like you had the spot to yourself.

This was a great shorter tour to see a beautiful sunset. I am definitely glad that we didnt leave athens before seeing the sunset at Cape Sounion. The temple of Poseidon was amazing to see and it also had some nice short hiking trails around the temple to explore while the sunset.

This was our second tour with Aristotelis for our group of 4. The previous day he provided a wonderful half-day tour of Athens.
Aristotelis is very knowledgeable, personable , and accommodating to our needs and desires.
On this half-day Poseidon tour he took us from the city center of Athens along the coast to the Temple of Poseidon. The drive was very picturesque and as he drove he described the related ancient history as well as interesting facts about villages we passed.
At the temple ruins he directed us in right directions and pointed out where we should stand for the best views of the sunset.
On the return route he helped us pick out a marvelous restaurant for a seafood dinner.
We had a wonderful experience.

Guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Great sense of humor. Very accommodating. Had two different tours. Both were fun filled/ fact filled and showed us parts of Athens we did not expect to see. Extra special was guides knowledge of changing of the guard as he had been a soldier participating in the actual ceremony during his required military enlistment. We highly recommend olive sea tours and Aris if he is available

Petros was such an amazing guide! He was very talkative, informative and engaging. He spoke to us about a wide variety of interesting topics which made the car ride fly by. We liked him so much that we booked another tour with him the next day! We would highly recommend Petros and Olive Sea Travel for all tours in Greece!

My wife and I were visiting Athens and had a different tour booked for Poseidon that was cancelled last minute. Luckily we were able to book this tour and we're so happy we did! Dem, the driver, showed up at our hotel 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time and whisked us away to Poseidon along the coast of Greece with beautiful views. On the drive we had a great conversation about a lot of things ranging from the history of Greece, current events, and other things. It was never too much or too little conversation and we really enjoyed his company. Dem dropped us off at the top of the attraction although it was crazy busy due to this particular night being a full moon which meant free entry after 8:00 PM. We had about 2 hours to hang out, watch the sunset, and take lots of pictures; this ended up being just the right amount of time. Dem then picked us up precisely at the time he said he would and dropped us back at the hotel - he even gave us a nice postcard as a thank you! I'd recommend this tour for those people that want some privacy to go visit the beautiful Poseidon site.

Is it possible to get picked up at the dolce attica Riviera for this particular trip?

Would it be possible to be picked up at the port as we are coming in on a cruise ship. We would really like to see some of the famous sites all lite up at night and then have a nice lovely dinner at a true greek restaurant. We would like to be picked up around 6:30?
