hello Fiona F, Thank you for the time you taken to write your review. We apologise if our tour did not meet your expectations on this occasion. You may be surprised but our city loop is 26kms in length. The bonus of the 24hr or 48hr option is that instead of being charged per minute like other transport options it is a set time period for a set price. Our buses are designed and bus operators are trained specifically for tourism and sight seeing unlike some ride share options. We pride ourselves on employing Hobart locals so that they also become local guides who have an extensive local knowledge of our beautiful city eg know the best eating spots etc . Our timetable is comparable to and is in fact more frequent than other small cities in the world of similar size. Our state has lower visitation than other capital cities in Australia which is a great thing as our city isn't crowded. Our timetable is also designed and takes into consideration to be frequent (every hour, every half hour when a cruise ship is in port) and not too be too frequent (every 10mins) so that it doesn't interrupt/ impacts the local Hobart population on our route which I am sure you can appreciate as a Hobart resident.
