Meanwhile we would like to shed light on a few points. We were surprised to hear the guide was “lazy” as we strive to offer both excellent customer service and excellent tour experiences. Upon receiving the details, we will investigate your specific complaint with our staff, in order to fully understand what happened, and how we can avoid these problems in the future. We assure you that all of our guides, with no exceptions, graduate an intense course under the Supervision and Licensing by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. As for the site availability – it’s written in all our brochures and on our website that due to visitor overload, a visit down to the Grotto of Nativity might not be possible because of tour time schedule.
