Dear Chico , Thanks for sharing your satisfaction with our tour and guide. Pity you did not mention the guide's name for him to get the credit of his efforts. We are not able to fit everything in, and the access to the Temple Mt, is limited, (our guides cannot access therefore it is not on our itinerary.) There are many many locations we are unable to fit in. That is left for one to do in their own time. Lunch is hardly ever included in the price on any tours. Travelers surely have different tastes and needsThis restaurant caters for tour groups .It has hardly ever been successful to allow travelers to go off on their own in search of lunch, they get lost in the Old CIty and cause delays to the tour schedule. It is a simple logistic in the best of the group's interest. Glad though to read you were generally satisfied with our service.

Dear Difjroems, As you have not specified where it is you traveled to, it is hard to give a sincere reply to issues raised. Designated restaurants are always part of a group tour. The rationale is we cannot let travelers wander off on their own, keep to time schedule of the tour, delay others and feel secure within our organisation of the day. This is the most organised ways to do it. Not to all travelers expectations we know. Also on the Sea of Galilee there are hardly any restaurants at all, therefore there is certainly no choice option where the group will eat. Or even options for other choices per traveler. Not all restaurants can cater for groups all at once. The menu is varied enough to try and suit all tastes. We are glad you mention our organised transport system of picking up and dropping off. You have not mentioned the guide's name so we could at least hold him accountable. If you scroll done the 100s of reviews of our company you will read of the guides' consistent , incredible and honorable mention for their dedication to their travelers needs with passion heart and soul for the day!
