Osama our tour guide and Essam our driver, we very helpfully and patient. The tours were very informational and detailed. Their service was excellent and they made my experience in Cairo wonderful!

Osama was very charismatic, informative, and patient! His kind character definitely made the tour much more enjoyable and I would recommend his guidance to any other tourists who are looking for a comfortable and entertaining experience! Osama have us the perfect balance of fun and education!

Osama was a great guide. He knew so much about the history of Egypt and took us to every site we wanted to see. He was patient and accommodating!

When we bought the tickets for the day tour, we received a booking confirmation that listed all the entrance fees as included.
One day before the tour, I went to tripadvisor to confirm the details and the tour description was changed, all the fees that were listed as included were changed to the excluded list, and I did not received any information regarding that change.
I contacted the agency to confirm that we would get the service that we brought, and the agent said that there was an error and they corrected and that we would need to pay extra.
I replied that, politely saying that as a consumer I should have been informed about the change in time to make a decision or receive the service as bought.
The agent then started being rude, as if I should've know that the price we paid wasn't fair, but how could I know, since i never been in Egypt before.
And then, without any further discussion, he/she said that the tour was cancelled and that I should contact viator about the refund.
An important detail, the tour was cancelled less than 24hrs from the tour date. 2 days before our flight back home.
We were willing to pay the fees if the price was acceptable, but emo tour not even offer that, they just cancelled.
To summarize, I needed to find a new tour at 9pm, we paid 5 times the price, and had a horrible experience.
The only bright side of this experience, was talking with viator agent Kyle, he solved the refund problem in less than 5 min. Maybe he should give some tips on how to treat a customer to emo tours agents.

Tour guide was ok, we didnt go to Bazaar as tired of people asking money, we went to Mohammed Ali mosque which is not good, its dirty and not being maintained. look very nice from outside west of money.

We booked this trip the night before after we had to cancel another tour. I am so glad we did because this tour was fantastic. Our guide Mohammed was extremely knowledgeable and also knew the best photo spots (and he was a great photographer). He made our trip easy and fun. I would recommend this tour to anybody looking for tours in Cairo. Another plus, since we had extra time he took us to a great restaurant that we would have never found by ourselves.

We were picked up from our hotel by Ahmed our tour guide on time. We were escorted around Cairo in a air-conditioned and comfortable SUV. Because we had arrange a drive to Hurghada the same afternoon, our tour guide Ahmed did literally the impossible for us to show us most of Cairo and we weren’t disappointed! He is the best. I cannot highly recommend him enough. He managed to show us the Pyramids, the Cairo Museum, the Bazaar, the old Mosque in old Cairo and even a few shops like the souvenir one and the papyrus one where we saw how its created the famous back there papyrus paper. We even managed to had a quick lunch in the old Cairo that we absolutely loved. In the end we saw the real Cairo with all of his madness, craziness, colourfulness and beautiful people, culture and food. Thank you Ahmed, we are in love with Cairo.

Our tour guide was Manar Nabil & our driver was Mohamed Fawzy.
Firstly they were both amazing. Manar was so knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions, even though she has been doing this for years she made our two days feel like it was a joy.
If you are planning to come to Cairo and use EMO tours ask for Manar she is brilliant.
Mohamed our driver invited us to meet his family for a picnic. It was a truly humbling experience to meet his family and share their food. The Home made bread was wow.

Hello Ajmal,
I was charged an extra 10 dollars for pick up and drop off to the airport which is pretty far so I don't think there will be any additional charge as dreamland is close to the Giza Necropolis.
