A really first-class service that you have to use at the stressful airport in Hurghada. We received really first-class advice from Ms. Eman and at the airport we were seen straight away at every station without having to wait long. Our paperwork was filled out and we could concentrate on our children. If you want to travel stress-free then you definitely have to use this affordable VIP airport service in Hurghada. Ms. Eman is very polite and really professional. Thank you for everything!

I contacted Smile Tours after a Google search, I made arrangements to be picked up at arrivals at Hurghada Airport, I was given a price, and asked to pay the driver when we were collected.
We arrived at Hurghada in the evening and as this was our first visit to Egypt, we were unsure what to do.
We had obtained our Visas online, and so started to go around the huge queue, I then spotted a guy with a sign with my name on it, I waved and when he saw me he shouted for us to come forward, within minutes, we were through passport control, and out waiting for our luggage, he showed us to the correct collection point, then took us to our driver, who wished us to our hotel.
Smile Tours kept in touch, before, through, and after our holiday.
We were collected from our hotel exactly on time and taken back to the airport, we were offered extra services but declined.
The price for all their help and the service was $25, well worth every cent.
Would I recommend Smile Tours, YES.

I booked the fast track service in the airport including the visa. It was worth booking it, because after all the waiting in the departure country you just want to get quickly out of the airport and arrive in the hotel.
A nice man was waiting with my name and he got us out of all the luggage controls, visa counter etc. in less than 5 minutes! He waited with us for the luggage and carried it outside for us.
Thank you so much, if i will comw to egypt again, i will definitely book with you guys 😊

My family and I had been visiting hurghada for nearly 10 years between 6 & 8 of us
Due to covid ect we hadn't been back for a while , we really looked forward to our trip
We always believe in getting to know the local area and local bars
Even though we always go all inclusive
This time around I couldn't believe I was paying for a local pint nearly as much as I pay at home
We live in the North West of England
But I assume the locals think everyone lives in London.
We was getting our bills with a charge for tax and a service charge.
So bye bye hurghada, if that was always the case no problem
But bye bye Hurghada.
Due to covid ect we hadn't been back for a while , we really looked forward to our trip

Trip to Orange Bay and private Transfer to the airport
We booked twice with Smile Tours and the service is absolutely reliable, quick and professional.
Our pick up, the whole trip and the ship to the Giftun Islands was well organized, very clean, very nice drivers and crew on the ship.
Our airport service was super punctual, clean and fast.
We will be back for more and will definitely chose smile tours :).

Great experience with Smile tours. The drivers were very prompt and professional and the vehicles were spotless. Mrs. Eman coordinated our trips amazingly throughout our stay in Hurghada and communicated with us without any delay.
Highly recommended and we will use Smile tours again on our next trip to Hurghada.

We prebooked our transfer from Hurghada airport to the Desert Rose Resort and the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a card displaying our name.
He assisted us with luggage and we were escorted to a very new and gleaming Mitsubishi SUV which was also immaculate on the inside.
The driver George drove slowly and safely to our resort giving us helpful information about Hurghada and Egypt along the way.
One week later our Smile Tours taxi arrived at our hotel at the exact time to take us back to the airport. Our new driver (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was also very pleasant and friendly and he also drove the vehicle to a very safe and high standard.
Overall this was a very satisfactory and pleasant experience. I will definitely use this company on my next visit to Hurghada.

I booked onward airport transfer at last minutes before arrival. They quickly arranged a driver and confirmed by both email and WhatsApp. As the service and price were good, I booked return airport transfer as well as a city tour for the last day because my flight was 1800. They accepted my request and arranged accordingly with super reasonable price. The guide was a nice guy and kind. He often asked if I have any questions and somewhere I want to go. As I didn’t want to go shopping, the city tour only took 1.5hrs. I had plenty of time until flight. He offered me to go to a cafe to relax and took me to a seafood restaurant of his neighborhood which was so good and he paid for all of this. I would definitely book tours when I come to Hurghada next time.

We hat booked different services form Smile Tours.
One was the Hurghada Airport Transport to our Hotel combined with the Visa and VIP service at the Airport checks.
The second service was a private day-tour to Luxor, visiting the Karnak Temple, Valley of Kings, Hatshepsut Temple.
Both services were performed to our complete satisfaction.
The arrival and entry at the airport was greatly facilitated. We were received by name and accompanied through all customs and immigration control by the professional staff of Smile Tours.
The entry was in this way very easy and pleasant.
There are VIP corridors that we could use in this way and within a short time we were already sitting in the comfortable and spacious vehicle that drove us directly to the hotel.
But our private day tour to Luxor was the real highlight of the trip.
Early in the morning we were picked up directly at the hotel and driven to Luxor.
There were one or two stops on the way to go to the toilet or have a coffee.
Once we arrived in Luxor we were met by our local tour guide Mahmood Nafee.
In very good German he accompanied us through the whole day.
His historical knowledge and the kind of enthusiasm for the cultural assets of Egypt were for us an extraordinarily beautiful experience.
He has a lot of knowledge about the history and culture and was always responsive to our needs and questions.
The excellent company of Mahmood and impressed us very much and made this trip an unforgettable experience.
We hope to return again soon as there is still so much to discover in Luxor.

We enjoyed a lot our excursion at Paradise Island. Everything was as advertised - prompt transfer from and to the hotel, clean boat, 2 long stops at wonderful reefs, 1 stop on the island and, the cherry on top of the cake, a short banana boat ride. Reasonable price. Acceptable lunch and drinks, polite and ready-to-help staff. ++
