Nice tour guide, enough time in each place to explore. This was my first tour organized this way, and I was a bit hesitant. But my assigned guide contacted me in the morning. The only thing I wish I knew more was more specifics of each stop during the cultural tour.

Faizal, my local guide, was excellent and I can highly recommend this tour. Loved the sights and especially the cheeky monkeys. Comfortable and safe transport.

I was traveling alone for this trip and my tour guide was an absolute star. He made sure at all times I was okay and comfortable and shared a lot of knowledge about the country history and heritage. He made sure all times I knew what to do
At each stop. He was accommodating for those moment where I was a it delayed. This actual tour covered the most important tourist attractions of Malaysia and it was a pleasant, positive experience.

This title is false. This is NOT a tour. I repeat. This is not a tour. It is a private driver to drive you to all of these highlights, does not even include water, and is so upcharged it is quite frankly ridiculous. I recommend anyone going to these sites to use grab instead and pay $15 instead of $70. The driver did not know a lot about these sites, certainly not more than the average grab driver. The title of this is quite frankly deceitful and seems to be ripping people off of their money. Not sure why it has rave reviews. I gave it two stars because the driver was friendly and nice, but save yourself the money and just use grab.

Excellent tour, visted Baku caves, Little India, Chinese temple, National Mosque, Central markets and China town.
Our guide and driver, Kuby, escorted all the way, and was very knowledge about the sites we visited, even sharing his photos of times he'd visited in the past, plus when driving around KL he pointed out all the significant sites and buildings.
We were very fortunate to get such a great driver and guide.
Throughly recommended
Only downside was we had a monsoon during the last couple of sites, but Kuby had an umbrella ready for us to use!!

Our driver/guide, sent a text message to say he’d be 10 minutes late. He arrived in a very comfortable vehicle, was polite and drove safely. However, he wasn’t very informative and we didn’t visit the Central Market or China Town which was very disappointing. The reason given was that there was too much traffic. We were dropped back at our hotel about 5:30pm so the 4 hour trip was cut by more than 1/2 hour.
I really wanted to visit the Central Market but the driver said it would close at 6 pm. If debating whether to take this tour in the morning or the afternoon, it might be better to go earlier so that all sites would be open.
As we didn’t experience the tour as offered, I could not recommend it.

Although this wasn't quite the tour that we expected, it is as mentioned by some other reviewers more just hiring a car and driver for the half day to drop you off at the relevant sites, for us it was definitely worth it for the convenience of having a car pick us up, take us around to the sights and drop us back at our hotel.
Our guide/driver was nice and did try to provide some commentary as we arrived at the sites.

Our Private Half Day Batu Caves and Cultural Tour in KL was fabulous - and Mr Thiru was a superb guide. Every interaction with him was professional, on time and his knowledge was brilliant. Could not recommend any more highly.

What vehicle is used for the tours? Is it a large bus, mini van, car? and How many people are in the tour?

Our driver had a mid size crossover that could seat up to 4 people. Since this is a private tour, our party of 2 were the only group for this excursion. I have heard of smaller sedans being used for this tour, so best if your coordinate with the company in advance on vehicle choice.

Good Morning, we would like to do the 1/2 day Batu Caves and Cultural tour on Monday 10th October. We are only on a long stop over and would like to be collected from the airport at 9am then dropped at the Petronas towers so we can visit the sky deck then go back to the airport for 4-5pm. Is this possible? Many Thanks

I know that my tour guide had another tour right after our half day tour to do and would not have been able to adjust the time. See if the hotel you are staying at can help you. There are many different tours in KL.
