Best show we have seen in Branson!! The performance was amazing! Before the show began the weather turned bad and we were under a tornado warning. We were taken to a lower level room and the performers came down with us and sang and played to keep everyone calm, them when we got the all clear we were treated to a wonderful show, highly recommend!

This production was so intimate, you felt like you were really there. I had no idea before that this was an actual event!!! The music was wonderful. The actors very believable. The experience was authentic and left me wanting more. The musical talent in that room was incredible. It was a moment in time, captured on tape and now on stage that is priceless. I was thrilled to experience it. I was in tears. I laughed. I sang. This musical production has it all!!! The young man who played Elvis put his heat and soul into it. The narrator was so believable that I felt what he felt. All of the cast played their parts to perfection! Fantastic!

Fantastic Show, I would recommend arriving about 45-35 minutes before the show so that you can get a good parking spot. I really enjoyed the show, there was just enough narration to draw us into the performance. We rock-n-rolled right along with them. I was entertaining to what as the performers sang danced and acted out, from Carl Perkins perspective, why he signed with Columbia Records. The performers did a great job of acting out their rolls in the performance. I thoroughly enjoyed the show, and I highly recommend adding this one to your list of shows. The food was good show food fare, and the service was perfect. If your a tipper, I recommend you bring some cash. it is the only way to tip the servers, and they do deserve some portion.

Thank you for taking the time to review The Million Dollar Quartet, the Tony Award winning play based on the true story of the legendary founder of Sun Records, Sam Phillips and the stars he discovered, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis and the night they all came together for the most incredible jam session in Rock and Roll history.

The show was good and enjoyable. Carl Perkins character was so hard to understand (maybe too close to mic or just singing too loud). The food was horrible! Chicken was overcooked, tough and dry. The beef chunks were tough. Mashed potatoes and green beans were okay but lukewarm. Cake was dry and terrible frosting. The potato soup was good but barely warm. If they are going to charge $60 a ticket including meal they need to present a good meal. This was not just my opinion because all of the plates around us had so much remaining food. I have been to Dolly's Stampede so we know good, hot food can be presented in this style. Need to take more pride in what you serve. Enjoyed the show.

My husband and I booked this for our anniversary and was so looking forward to seeing the show, Although this event took place before I was born, I am a huge Elvis fan. The show was ok, I liked the singing better the the acting, The characters except Elvis looked nothing like the real people. Even Elvis was too short, Not a bad little play. Reminded me a a school play more than a big production. The stage was small and cramped. The food was plopped in front of you as soon as you walked through the door. The wait staff never smiled or said hello, they only said “are you through”
The food was cold a tasteless, what we paid it was not anything I expected, I saw go buy a record and save your money

We went to the “dinner” show, as soon as you sit they bring you soup which was not edible, then a plate of mushy beans, tough beef tips, dried out chicken, mushed potatoes and a roll, followed by a piece of dry cake. Place was a dump 40 years ago, singers were decent, parking was a pain. Go see Dolly instead.

Sit back, enjoy the dinner and show; these performers will take you back to the 1950s and 60s with an excellent selection of songs. I wonderful show with amazing talent. I highly recommend going to this show if you are in the Branson area.

It was a good show if you’re wanting to know the story of the Quartets & Sam Phillips. Not a lot of singing, it was interesting but if your going for their music, this is not the show. As far as seating the entire floor is elevated everyone can see the stage. Food ok, pot roast was good, chicken breast dry, with soup, green beans & mashed potatoes.

The Million Dollar Quartet show is playing this season thru Dec at Shepherd of the Hills (indoors).
I've seen this production with other singer/actors in other venues, but this is the best yet. My husband is hard to please at places where everyone is served exactly the same menu, but he loved the meal, so our experience was excellent.
All the performers do a great job, but I must give a special shout out to Matthew Boyce, a rising young star with wide and varied musical talents, who portrays Johnny Cash in this production. No photos are allowed so you'll need to go in person to see for yourself. It's a great time!

We saw this show on a cruise ship a few years ago and were looking forward to seeing it again. The actors in show were great, but the background music was so loud that one couldn’t hear the singers. Drums and bass were way too loud. Unfortunately, would not recommend unless this is corrected.
