Excellent tour! Well paced and guide knew a ton. Kept it lively and even got some goosebumps with ghost stories. We did this with our dog and it worked out well. Definitively recommend and if you get Kane as your guide you are in luck! Organizers graciously helped with booking so good service too.

We loved the tour! Kane was an excellent story teller with a mix of sharing Pittsburgh architecture, history and ghost stories. Highly recommend!

The tour was a wonderful introduction to some interesting history of Pittsburgh. Kade was a wonderful guide, friendly and knowledgeable. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Ashley was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was very passionate about the city’s history and kept us engaged. She even called me to make sure I was still coming when I got stuck in traffic. Would recommend this tour!

Ashley was amazing at everything with this tour! She was so personable and knowledgeable, I felt like I did the tour with someone I had known for years. She was charming and infectious, I did not want the tour to end. I learned more about the city of Pittsburgh as well, she even spoke of the architecture. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and so did my wife. Was a haunting good time! Would highly recommend!

Great experience as a native Pittsburgher it was great to learn so much history that I didn't know. Ashley was great and clearly enjoys the city and the architecture. She was cheerful and friendly. The ghost stories weren't very creepy but it was still a good time.

Kane was a friendly and knowledgable guide. He helped me get in the Halloween spirit and it was a great way to get familiar with some beautiful highlights of the downtown area and learn some of its dark history.

We really had fun with our enthusiastic guide, Hannah. We especially liked the small size of the tour group. The portable PA system enabled us to hear Hannah stories above the noise and the din of the city.

I don’t work there, so I can’t answer, but I did call them when I did have a billing problem and they were super helpful!
I don’t recall showing my ticket, just checking in with my name and my guests with me. Have fun! We did!
It's an outside tour and we are not going to go into the places we gonna hear about, right?
I can see some admission tickets in the exclusions and those are confusing me a bit.
