Our Tour guide was the best. Very knowledgeable, was like a history professor for the area. Was the best part of our trip to South Dakota.

We had a blast on this trip and I would highly recommend the private tour. We were picked up at the hotel and didn't have to feel rushed or cramped. While it may be more than a combined bus tour, the knowledge and passion that Cindy showed was unbelievable. We saw things that the large group tours just cannot do and that gives the personalized services that we were looking for. Not to mention the fact that we had the time to schedule what we wanted to see and to relax and take the time we wanted.
Rushmores views were unbelievable as were Crazy horse. And the wife got to see the Bison which really made her day

My parents and I took this private tour on July 18, 2022 with Cindy and it was a fantastic day! Cindy picked us up at the hotel in a very comfortable vehicle and took us on a scenic drive through Needles Highway for a beautiful sneak peak of Mount Rushmore. We then visited Mount Rushmore where Cindy explained the history and how the carving was done, which was very interesting. We then drove through beautiful Custer State Park where we hoped to see at least one bison. Cindy knew to check in with the rangers on where the bison had recently been spotted. She then took us there and we saw hundreds of bison and several bison calves and yearlings! We had a very good lunch at a restaurant in the park that Cindy knew well. We next went to Crazy Horse where Cindy explained the history of the carving and the Lakota. It was a very educational and enjoyable day! Cindy is originally from Rapid City, so she is very knowledgeable about South Dakota in general and especially all of the sites we visited. In between stops we had a great time just talking with Cindy and learning about life in South Dakota. I highly recommend this tour!

Fabulous tour! John is an amazing tour guide and just an all-around great guy who loves what he does!!! ! We had a family of 9 pile into his van, and off we went! First stop: Mt. Rushmore--our favorite part-- the ride on the twisty road which gave us a glimpse of the monument through a tunnel! What a hidden gem! Then onto Needles Highway-our teenagers loved this part-being able to get out and climb the rocks! Then, we spotted herds of bison in Custer State part-John asked the Park Rangers, and he knew where to find the wildlife! Our final stop was Crazy Horse--another fantastic top! John is full of knowledge and and answered each and every question we asked (which was a lot!) !! He even offered us some poetry along the way, which was an amazing touch! His wife pack us snacks and water-which was a great touch! Would absolutely recommend! Thank you John and Cindy!

S est mise à notre portée car ne parlons pas bien Anglais très très professionnelle.disponible.ns à aidé à réserver soirée chez Chuck Wagon repas et show ....C est une personne attachante et exceptionnelle qui adore son métier et sa passion pour la région quelle partage avec enthousiasme .Nous recommandons de visiter avec leur compagnie.John rencontré également est très convivial et sympathique..un immense merci à la meilleure guide que ns ayons connu.......Evelyne. Cindy on one day, and John on the following day, took us on all-day tours visiting all the sights to be seen in this part of South Dakota—Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the. Badlands, and more. Their expert knowledge of geology and related subjects enlightened us on all we observed during our two days with them. At the end of the tour their personal touch made us feel like their newly acquired friends. My wife and I highly recommend GeoFun Trek Tours.

This was a wonderful tour!! Cindy was our guide. She grew up in the area and knew so much history. We learned much more than if we had done this on our own, plus she was a great driver on the steep mountain roads. Glad we got to just look out the window while she handled that part. We took a ton of pics of needles highway and other areas, walked around at Mount Rushmore. It was really a great day!

My 2 friends and I took this tour with Cindy on 6-8-22 . It was the best tour and time we have ever had on a vacation. We learned so much about the history and the area . Plus we had many laughs . Thank you Cindy , we had a great time
