A very helpful and strategically-placed I-site, the Levin Centre cohabits with the Town Library. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was possible to conduct research efficiently.

At the town centre and adjacent to the main road, this Information Centre I-Site is shared the building with the city library, as well as the Horowhenua Community centre, which is really good. People come here for different reasons, locals for library and community centre reasons, while tourists or visitors visit this place to get more local information of the town from this I-Site. Plenty of parking spaces and positioned in front of New World and Shopping Centre, do one visit for many purposes.

This Library is a credit to our town. There are lots of books to choose from, helpful staff who are approachable and happy to answer any queries. Its always very busy and well utilized by locals. We have taken overseas visitors here all of whom were full of praise for what is on offer for the public, and also the building itself.

Information centre with every thing in town area so easy to find....has free wifi unlimited....helpful staff....big car park outside front doors

I find TeTakare a great place for a number of things as well as a great library it as a place for renewing your driving licence it has a big screen for films and lots of computers for the use of anyone who needs them also the Justice of the piece is there once a week its a great place for children as well .Its has a big space for children and young adults to play all sort of games it has a little cafe as well its just a great asset to Levin.

Very helpful staff. They are knowledgeable and can advise you of many aspects of the library's facilities. They know where all the good books are too!!! It's nice to go in there with a vague idea, and come out with the information that you need to look further.

The Information Centre is located in the new library Te Takere off the Main Road, I only visited the Centre because it was suggested I go there to learn about events being held at the Library by a Library Staff member who had no idea about anything but was happy to give her negative opinion about the 2 events I was particularly interested in. Thankfully the Info Centre CSR was not only friendly but professional and had a brain as she's not a Library staff member she did think outside the box to get me the information I needed. Just a shame the Information Centre is located in a small corner of the library and not on the Main Road. I can find it easily being a local but what about Tourists? It's easier to find a Pharmacy or Lotto Shop than our local Information Centre. It was better situated at the Adventure Park. That aside. Good work.

The information centre is located in Te Takere Library, which is off the main highway, so if you are driving through Levin, you could easily miss the turnoff at the first set of traffic lights. There are only 2 sets of lights in Levin, so if you don't see an 'i' sign in time, you're sunk!
Ample parking is available, and Te Takere is a very good library, with a cafe.
