Great collection of varied military vehicles gums and equipment. Kids (12 yrs) and I enjoyed it. A lot of kit crammed in to the buildings. Mostly UK and US but also other nationalities eg T34 Russian tank and french and german vehicles as well.

There is a lot to see and read in this museum and the best collection of military vehicles we have seen anywhere. All the vehicles have been restored to running condition and more are parked up ready for work to be done on them.

As they are irreplaceable you are asked not to touch them and certainly not to climb on them. Apparently when they had vehicles to climb on accidents happened so this was abandoned. Also a lot of the notices asking you not to touch are because of Covid.

The collection of models is superb and was a highlight for me. The size of some of the vehicles is only appreciated whilst standing next to them!

The cafe was closed because of illness but we had coffee.

The volunteers are great - my visit would have been limited if it hadn't been for a lovely lady who offered me a wheelchair.

Well worth the money but limited if you have children.

We visited the museum on Oct 4 and were very impressed with the exhibits, particularly the diorama and display of photographs and information on the Weybourne Camp. The whole museum was well laid out and interesting with the cafe situated just as we were gasping for a cup of tea. Varied menu, excellent food especially the pie full to the brim with apple, the best we’ve tasted in a long while. A great value day out.

Fantastic museum ! I’ve been coming here every year for as long as I can remember which I think speaks for itself ! Lots of information and great exhibits ! The cafe is also very lovely with a wide variety of great food.

This was our second visit to the museum, the first being some years ago. We thought we had been impressed with it before, but were left wondering whether our memory was playing tricks on us. The collection was OK but compared to other similar museums it was a tad expensive and the exhibits not so well presented or explained. In some halls there seemed no logic to the order of artefacts. There were too many "keep off" signs, which gave it an unwelcoming feel. I am not suggesting people be allowed to climb on the tanks etc. but one or two general signs should be sufficient to get the message across.

Visited on a wet day and really enjoyed it. Yes perhaps a wee bit pricey but there is plenty to see and read about.

The first bit is a bit of a bottleneck but enjoyed reading about and seeing the history of the camp.

Then you are on to see some hardware from guns, to artillery to missiles and tanks. Walking in amongst them have you a real sense of the scale of these things. Many of the tanks very open so you could see on which was great.

We didn’t stop at the cafe so can’t comment on the prices etc. It was pretty quiet, we were in about an hour and a half. All inside out of the rain but be warned if it’s cool outside it will be cool inside.

Overall great collection we saw things we’d never seen before and really enjoyed it. I would imagine kids might be a bit bored though not much for them to do.

Huge collection. With so many tanks you would have thought that at least one would have been available for kids to climb into/onto; especially since the entry price was so high. Instead there were signs saying "do not touch", "do not climb" on absolutely everything. This was a great disappointment as we have been to another tank/war museum in Suffolk where children had access to several vehicles and had so much fun that we were keen to see this one as well. So, there was obvious disappointment. £40 for less than an hour walking round (we walked slowly and looked at everything). Children are not going to stand there and look at things for three hours. There was also an advert mentioning rides in military vehicles, but no such thing was available when we went (Sunday mid-day). In fact there was hardly anyone there. Several dogs were locked in a kennel at the back and they were barking like mad and looked distressed. Can't imagine we shall go back.

Most visitors take up to three hours to read and see everything in the museum. For their personal safety visitors are not allowed to climb on exhibits that are unsupervised by our staff. Our staff is at risk from COVID-19 so Military Lorry Rides and Tank Demonstrations have been suspended so as to reduce contact with visitors. This information is given on our website, on telephone announcements and by notices before entry to the museum. We intend to resume these activities when the pandemic is under control. Dogs are not allowed in the Museum so some visitors appreciate the provision of dog kennels and it is natural for dogs to bark sometimes.

Had a tank driving experience and visited the museum. The museum is brilliant , well laid out and sufficient information on each exhibit. The £12 entry fee is great value.
The tank driving experience was superb , the great surprise was that the family could passenger ride in the back, which we didnt know before we went.
Thank you for a wonderful time.
