Nestled into the edge of the lagoon this spa has heaps of ambience and sits in nature with an open setup of each private spa room. Service was excellent and I took advantage of a half price massage voucher from the Outrigger between 10 and 3pm. You can go to the beach for a cheap massage or you can take this deal and have a full proper massage which is more relaxing and professional. I enjoyed it and got great value. They have lots of specials and add-ons as well.

Had a Javanese massage, and wow it was really good!! You can get it cheaper other places but I appreciate the atmosphere and whole experience of a spa when I`m on vacation...and I can highly recommend the Angsana Spa if you are looking for a relaxing retreat from the beach and sun.

It's my first time to Phuket, I have to say..Outrigger Laguna Resort made me a wonderful memory ever!
Especially I extremely recommend the restaurant there, Locavore Restaurant!! Since the date we stayed in hotel was my boyfriend's birthday, I had mailed to the staffs in Locavore restaurant to ask if they could help me for a surprise at dinner. They were so friendly agree for help, and also during then, they gave us the biggest enthusiasm I never had and expected. The meals we had for two nights were so delicious. And their dessert was extremely recommended, too. Besides, on the last day we left, the staffs in restaurant gave us the farewell gift with their hand-writing and drawing card! That's really really sweet of them.
Though the weather we visited Phuket was not so nice, we were still very enjoyable at the resort with the thai massage, natural view and lovely people who always wearing the smile :) :) Thank you again to make us these lovely memory! (Especially to Ben, Jen, Orn, Tu, Bee, June, Kanun, Molly, Tarn, Net, Ning)

Had a beautiful morning here this week. Had an incredibly deep tissue massage and Indian head massage. The masseurs were so lovely and accommodating always making sure we were comfortable and checking that the pressure of the massage was to our liking. Welcome cleansing drinks and cold towels. A half hour relaxation wind down after the massage with tea and refreshments - BLISS!

我們三家一行11大細入住兩晚。於中午到達酒店時、接待員馬上對我們解釋早餐安排、酒店解釋由於房價錢只包括2位成人及1位4歳以下兒童的入住和早餐價錢。所以所有4-12歳兒童是需付每位440泰侏++的早餐費。
雖然酒店的房間設計很舒適、有一張Sofa bed、基本上可睡2位兒童。及游泳池連滑梯、水上活動都可令人流連忘返。
但是，酒店接待員的安排實在令人失望。酒店更安排我們入住走廊最盡頭的房間。更加更加失望係等到2:30check-in時、去到房間門口時、房間還是未準備好、仍然有服務人員出入。
這樣的情況、實在令人失望。

The complex is quite large, easy to navigate, lots of options for children, rambling pool a bit in need of some tile work, different music and bar choices for different ages, vendors and massage in the beach area, and lovely rooms.
Be sure to hear the jazz combo in the bar. They are terrific and you can order from the menu to have happy hour drinks and food.

Впечатлилась отзывами, но кроме номера и его обслуживания не могу отметить больше ничего. Везде отель не дотягивает до заявленного уровня... Вроде и завтраки хорошие, но при этом такой дурдом творится.... Пляж хороший, но лежаки полотенца просто тихий ужас!!! Пытались обедать в ресторане в отеле, но после первого же посещения отказались от этой затеи: суп и салат ( мне), салат и какие-то крылья мужу ждали почти полтора часа. Причём если салаты мы поклевали ( уж очень есть хотели), то сырую курицу и невкусный суп оставили нетронутыми. Еще пытались обедать в модном клубе. Как и ожидали: дорого и не очень вкусно. в СПА тоже не очень понравилось: из заявленной на 1,5 часа программы я минут 10 пила чай, потом душ, сам массаж минут30-40 и потом Релакс на 30 минут - это когда ты сидишь в неудобном кресле, пьёшь еле тёплый чай и смотришь как массажистка убирает после массажа своё рабочее место! Если бы мне не с чем было сравнивать, то, может, я бы тоже восхитилась... Хорошо, что в этом отеле мы прожили только четыре дня, а не весь отпуск!

Had the beach barbecue and found the food very poor. Lamb chops under cooked and fish and meat no taste. Was not impressed at all
