We had an amazing private tour with our new friend Milton! We originally were going to be the only ship in port but they switched our itinerary to another day so ended up being one of three in port. We started out by going to the cable car up the mountain but when we arrived, it was a 2 hr wait so Milton said let's do the city tour first and then come back. Good call Milton! We visited the pink street, umbrella street, an amber museum, chocolate factory, a church, drove the coastline and saw a statue of Neptune and then when we got back to the cable car it was no wait at all! And so glad we saved the best for last. It was beautiful views and Milton was very knowledgeable of all the plants and trees and history of the area. He was very personable, professional and courteous. We also stopped at a locals restaurant and had some great plantains, rice and beans and pork. It was a bit difficult to find him at the port but we had the number that the info desk was able to call and guide us. We'd definately recommend!

Excellent driver took us to the Damajaguas. The waterfalls were so much fun and so refreshing! We will try to come back when there is more rain. They have 7 falls open now, because it's been very low rainfall for the last 5 years. But all that we got to do was amazing! The photography service is excellent. They come along and focus on you all the way. We got the USB with over 100 photos and videos . Will post some once we are home with a computer.
Our driver was also excellent! Milton showed us and told us a lot about the Dominican culture. Would definitely do a tour with him, again!

Our guide, Manuel, was great. He was very accommodating and we had the opportunity to see everything on our list and he took us to a great local place for lunch.

We were a big group of 35 ppl and Milton arranged a private tour bus for us. Everything was exceptional. Highly recommended if you want to do a sight seeing experience

We went to Monkey Land and it was so much fun interacting with the spider monkeys.
We got to feed them some fruit and then the handlers started feediThng them sunflower seeds whic, h they love. Then the handlers put the monkeys on each one of us and they climbed on your head and all over you. They are so cute!! The handlers Santos and Rey were absoutely the best. They take care of the monkeys all of the time and they are very knowledgeable about them and answered all of our questions. Our tour guide, Julian, was awesome!! He interacted with all of us and was very informative about the country and also had a great sense of humor!! We loved him!!
