I went to the restaurant today for the Sunday brunch. The made me so sick, that I was in the bathroom for an extended period of time. When I came out, the server lady gave me the bill the same time. I was so embarrassed, as I felt that, I was being asked to leave. There was at least a solid hour that was left, before the buffet closed. This injustice was so alarming that other persons were all able to be seated and enjoy the restaurant. I demand a refund!!!

We were celebrating a graduation. A group of 12 the youngest 7 years old..we ordered our dinner at 4:50pm and even now as I write this review the time is 6:36 and we still were not served.
We kept asking the server and the supervisor what was happening.

Lovely setting in what might have been a sugar mill next to the great house, full of locals, no tourists to speak of, the device was good, and the food excellent. Could be improved by having local juices and less use of imported syrups in drinks, so basically the kitchens great, the bar so so…

An impeccable service , an evening to remember it was my first trip to the Bellefield Great House and it was amazing . A warm and friendly team , my husband and I were greeted upon arrival and escorted to our table , Joshica Williams was our hostess for the evening and omg she exceeded my expectation!! Big Up Shica ur on the ball girl keep up the good work!!!! Omg I told her it’s my birthday and we ordered our drinks , apart from our usual vodka and club soda we decided to try the martinis she made suggestion and just what we required we got she made me a special martini I enjoyed it!!!! Big up to the kitchen team the food was delectable , delicioussssss and omg they played two birthday songs for me , my dessert was plate was neatly decorated ..... I will be back Bellefield thank you Joshica Williams and the team!!!

My bf recently took me to the restaurant at this place and I must say: it was a good experience for us both. Our server yanique was very friendly and professional throughout out dining experience. The service was very fast, we have never been to a restaurant where we received all orders so quickly since it usually takes a while between meals but as soon as we ordered appetizers the entree was in front of us. You get plenty food for your money and its afforable. The ambiance and food was really nice and I love where the restuarant is located (like a hidden gem). Covid measures were adhered to. I enjoyed my time here. Will definitely revisit.

I have been requesting a refund due to COVID since March 25,2020. Here it is October 30,2020 and I’ve only been offered “$1000.00 and the rest afterwards”. This place is a complete SCAM. Your emails will go ignored, I’ve been requesting to speak with management and as of yet I have not received any refund or a call back from management. I’m so disappointed that a place I wanted to hold both my wedding ceremony and reception are behaving in this unprofessional manner.

They need to make every little detail clear before people waste their valuable time, show up only to be left disappointed. We went to celebrate my aunts 55th birthday. The day before we all went my cousin and I drove by to find out if they were able to accommodate a family of five. We were told that they could and it would be no problem. As soon as we arrived We felt unwelcomed. We were being told that we could not all sit together as it was 4 people per table max and the other person would need to sit by herself. We were so upset we asked to speak with a manager who came and shrugged his shoulders and said "Ma'am its policy, take it or leave it" I was flabbergasted... I looked him dead in the face, he was devoid of emotion, he did not care nor was he emphatic to our situation. When I mentioned that he was helping our situation he walked off. We still dined, it was raining and I did not want to ruin my aunts birthday. The best part about the meal was the corn bread everything else was underwhelming. Will I go back? Never! Will I tell others about my experience? Of course. Will I paint the worst picture when I do? Most definitely. I would not want anybody, not even my worst enemy to go through what my family and I went through.

So my family and i went to have dinner at Bellfield great Restaurant, we were greeted by the security and he was exceptional. Upon approaching the entrance of the restaurant we were told to wait as they were setting up the table for 6 top "NOTE 4 ADULTS AND 2 KIDS" I understand that they have a protocol but if you were unable to sit together they should have mentioned that when we made the reservation.
The manger was absolutely disgusting ( not even sure he was the manager) stated we cannot sit together while other tables had 10 person seated in the other area as well as 5 in another section not to mention how he argued with us and told us to leave if we are not dining how he insisted...
Are we still talking about covid 19 restrictions?? when they had a party outside with about 70 people partying yet i could not dine with my family!!!! My family and i wont be dining at this place ever again and will make sure that i pass on word on about such bad experience!!!

we enjoyed our visit here. had a minor issue upon arrival but it all worked out. we had a group of three of us. we had booked a day out with a local tour company< we paid the tour company our admission fee. when we arrived we had no tour slot reserved. we were not aware that we needed to prebook a tour time, but it all worked out and we were able to join another group. this is a very cool and neat place to visit. very rich in the jamaican history and culture. very friendly and informative tour guides. very neat to learn all about the past way of life on the island and the owners of all the land and great houses all over the island.been to several of the houses now. i very much enjoy hearing anout the past and learning about the people and how they lived. thanks for accomodating us and working with us, i recommend this place for a visit if you are looking for things to do close to montego bay or have a couple of hours on a rainy day or want to learn about the island. Took some business associates from overseas there on a Friday buffet evening and it was fabulous, everyone had a great evening and the food, drink and atmosphere was first class.

Hi, I'm very impressed with your reviews. I want to consider having my wedding here, but I'm wondering, can our wedding and reception with food, drinks,dj,etc...take place here? Or is it just the wedding and we have to find somewhere else for the reception?
