This business and the woman that owns it is a crook. We rented the scooters with the owner and she was going to meet us next morning at 10am..She never showed up and would not answer the phone. She sent a text she was in route. We couldn't wait and told her to.issue a refund. She stopped replying and we went back to the store and she still wasn't there. She is a theft taking advantage of tourist but thankfully my sister use to live on the island and knew right away she was a scammer. Stay away from this place.

This place was helpful, professional, and in the perfect location. They provided safe and affordable luggage storage so we could explore Old San Juan before we were scheduled to board our cruise ship.

An adventure no doubt! Process simple enough after downloading the app. Do be cautious in the congested this city - cars dart in and out frequently. We had no problems and by end of our trek we did enjoy the ride. We were wet from the ocean and disliked the idea of getting and Uber car seat wet...as we had to sit in a wet one while we were dry yesterday...

Our plan was to rent a mobility scooter from Ricardo for a week. We talked on the phone, and by text message. My husband is not able to walk very far so we were thrilled when Ricardo was going to deliver and pick up the scooter to our condo. He could not have been more kind and considerate for our needs. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to cancel our whole trip. Ricardo was very understanding when we told him that we had to cancel our trip. I would definitely use his services again. Thank you Ricardo for understanding.

Don't know what we would have done without Ricardo of San Juan Scooter Rentals. My husband has Parkinson's Disease, and we were staying on the far side of the island at an Airbnb. I arranged for a medical scooter a month ago with Ricardo. Ricardo went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. I highly recommend him and his staff.

The two scooters we rented were badly beat up and cost more for 2 hours than I've ever spent anywhere at a rental place. But worst of all, one of the lug nuts on the rear wheel came loose an hour into our rental. When we returned, no one was at the shop so we waited 30 minutes just to have Ricardo tell us he would not give us a refund for the wasted time and broken scooter. We regret giving them our money, which stinks because we were really looking forward to a this experience.

We were originally planning to rent a few scooters and get a tour of Old San Juan. However, my dad had some trouble on the regular two-wheeled motor scooters. Ricardo, the owner, who was going to be our guide, was able to save the day. Instead, he allowed our entire family to switch to "super scooters" or the 4-wheel mobility scooters. We had a blast! Aside from being able to zip around and see nearly all of Old San Juan, Ricardo was a great tour guide - sharing lots of history and personal stories about the area. I can't say enough about how accommodating and friendly Ricardo was.

San Juan Scooter Rentals was very accommodating. They even came in on their day off for us to be able to return the scooter after our 24 hour rental. We rented for 24 hours and it is the perfect way to see the city and not have to pay for parking. The employees at San Juan Scooter Rental were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
