Hello, thanks for writing. Key questions for your cruise customer service before booking with us would be:
- off board time? (you dock at 7am, however, at what time you can be ready to go, already on land?)
- all aboard time? Ships may depart at 3:00 pm, however, at whta time is the latest call for embarkation?
MORE TO KNOW
• MEETING TIME: 8:00 (Or earlier. If you decide to book, please be sure to inform your cruise concierge desk that you need to get off board on the first wave.)
-The morning of the activity, We need to ask you to communicate with us to 787 900 7755 as soon as your cruise docks, to confirm your disembarkation time.
• MEETING PLACE: The quickest way to meet us in order to avoid the busy traffic and congestion at the pier due to the numerous tour buses, is taking a cab to our meeting place: do not worry, we will issue you a FULL cash refund for cab expenses.

The cab should take you to our departure place, Plaza Las Americas Mall, outside the mall, by PF Chang restaurant, where you will meet our Guide and join our transfer. On the way back, we will drop you off at your pier on time.
Plaza Las Américas mall is just 7 minutes away from the port, on our way to the natural reserve.
