We had to wait for at least 30 min for the driver to arrive to pick us up and the bus was dated and worn.

We are very sorry that there was a delay in your shuttle pickup. Sometimes shared shuttles do have a wait. I am not sure which bus you were picked up in but we will conduct an inspection as all of our buses are under 6years old and regularly maintained.

The company itself was fine, but they had no record of our reservation through Viater/Trip Advisor. When we got to Nassau, it took about an hour to get it sorted out, even though we had our printed tickets with Moss Transportation. The lady helping us was very nice but it was still frustrating. The same thing happened on the day of departure. I called ahead to confirm and they had no record of us, but were able to accommodate us. Again the company was friendly and responsive, but there is some issue with communication with Viator/Trip Advisor.

I was very impressed with Moss because they called me to check our status when we were running late after deplaning. They were professional and friendly. The price was excellent too.

Amazing and extremely helpful, went on this trip as a solo women and I felt very safe! Great way to see the island attractions and taste a few local items!

Moss Private Transportation was Excellent. Easy to find at the Nassau airport, they loaded our bags and we were quickly on our way. The shared shuttle just had us on there and was very comfortable, had cool AC and the drive to Atlantis was easy. On our return trip they recommended a time to pick us up via email but I wanted to be a little earlier and they were right on time, gave us a guided tour of all the buildings and history of the City on the way back to the airport got us there in plenty of time for our connecting flight and I would highly recommend Moss Private Transportation and will use them again!

At the airport exit, a very nice girl met us (family of 3) with my name on the board. We waited for a few minutes for other passengers but for whatever reason they did not show up. Maybe because our flight arrived 30 min earlier. They took us to the Bana Mar hotel without any delay. On the way back to the airport the driver arrived 10 min earlier. Both ways there was a purple minibus with air conditioning. All was on time. Very nice people. Absolutely no issues. Both ways there were no people on the bus. The transfer for us was pretty much private. The only little thing: It would be great to receive some type of pickup confirmation email one day prior to a pickup from the hotel. I tried to call from the room to confirm pickup but the line was always busy. Keep booking you won't regret it.

I was a little skeptical about booking the shuttle after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad i booked airport transportation from Moss Private Transportation. I was greeted by an employee carrying a sign with my name right before exiting the airport. The shuttle was very comfortable and they also informed me what time they would be picking me up from my hotel to the airport. Communication was easy and I had no issues. I highly recommend booking with them if you are looking for a round trip airport shuttle service

Moss Private Transportation was great and professional. We landed at NAS airport and went to the waiting area around 10:30 AM (scheduled pick up time), we had to wait a few minutes for them to arrive, no big deal. Our driver was very courteous and nice. He took our bags and drove us to our destination. During the ride to the hotel we asked him for some recommendations on some local eats. He gladly recommended some spots. He even drove through the fish fry area so we can see where it was. He also pointed out some spots/activities along the way until we reached our destination. That was very nice of him. As far as the pick up from the hotel to the airport, we had the same driver, he arrived promptly at our scheduled time and drove us to the airport. I would highly recommend Moss Private Transportation and would definitely hire them again the next time we visit Nassau, Bahamas. Thank you for the great experience.
