Shiyan Fazool took us around Sri Lanka for 11 days. The trip was amazing! We went from the airport directly to Sigiriya where we stayed for three nights. Then we went to Kandy for two nights and from Kandy to Ella for another three nights. We finished our journey in Hikkaduwa where we stayed for the last three nights before Shiyan picked us up to head back to the airport.
It was the first time that we went to Sri Lanka (by the way, we are two girls, age 29). We only booked Shiyan´s driver services. We booked the hotels by ourselves. Shiyan replied very fast to all our emails and offered us a good price. He also gave us a free train ticked from Nuwara Eliya to Ella (third class reserved) for our early booking and we really enjoyed this train ride! It was a great experience!
Shiyan always drove securely. He showed us temples, local fruit markets and stopped when we requested him to do so. He was always on time to pick us up and drive us to our next destination (the day before we normally agreed were we wanted to go/what to visit the next day). We really appreciated his tranquility and modesty and we always felt safe. The car was very comfortable, included air conditioning and was very clean.
A big thank you to Shiyan for the service that you provided, for showing us so much spectaculars places and for sharing your experiences and stories with us (by the way, Shiyan speaks English very well!) :-)

¡Un viaje maravilloso con Shiyan Fazool!
Shiyan Fazool nos acompañó por Sri Lanka durante 11 días. ¡Fue un viaje maravilloso! Desde el aeropuerto fuimos directamente a Sigiriya donde nos quedamos durante 3 noches. Luego fuimos a Kandy por dos noches y desde ahí a Ella donde estuvimos otras tres noches. Finalizamos nuestro viaje en Hikkaduwa donde pasamos nuestras últimas tres noches antes de que Shiyan nos recogiera para llevarnos de vuelta al aeropuerto.
Este ha sido nuestro primer viaje a Sri Lanka (por cierto, somos dos chicas, 29 años). Tan solo reservamos los servicios de Shiyan como conductor. Reservamos los hoteles por nuestra cuenta. Shiyan respondió rápidamente a nuestros correos electrónicos y nos ofreció un buen precio. También nos regaló un viaje en tren desde Nuwara Eliya a Ella (en tercera clase con reserva) ya que reservamos con antelación. ¡Disfrutamos muchísimo con ese viaje en tren! ¡Fue una experiencia increíble!
Shiyan siempre condujo de forma segura. Nos enseñó templos, mercados locales de frutas y paraba si así lo deseábamos. Siempre fue muy puntual y llegaba a tiempo para recogernos y llevarnos a nuestro próximo destino (normalmente le decíamos el día anterior a dónde queríamos ir/qué lugares deseábamos visitar). Apreciamos mucho su tranquilidad y su humildad y siempre nos sentimos seguras. El coche era muy confortable, tenía aire acondicionado y estaba muy limpio.
Muchísimas gracias a Shiyan por el servicio prestado, por enseñarnos sitios tan espectaculares y por compartir sus experiencias y sus historias con nosotras (por cierto, Shiyan habla muy bien inglés) :-)

Eine großartige Reise dank Shiyan Fazool!
Shiyan Fazool hat uns während unserer elftägigen Reise durch Sri Lanka begleitet. Die Reise war großartig! Vom Flughafen sind wir direkt nach Sigiriya gefahren, wo wir drei Tage übernachtet haben. Von da aus sind wir weiter nach Kandy, wo wir zwei Nächte verbracht haben, bevor wir für weitere drei Tage nach Ella gefahren sind. In Hikkaduwa haben wir unsere Reise abgeschlossen und weitere drei Nächte verbracht, bevor uns Shiyan zurück zum Flughafen gebracht hat.
Dies war unsere erste Reise nach Sri Lanka (wir sind übrigens zwei Frauen, 29 Jahre). Wir haben nur Shiyans Fahrerservice beauftragt. Die Hotels haben wir selbst gebucht. Shiyan hat sehr schnell auf unsere Emails geantwortet und uns einen guten Preis angeboten. Er hat uns auch ein Zugticket von Nuwara Eliya nach Ella (dritte Klasse, reserviert) als Frühbucherrabatt geschenkt! Wir haben die Zugfahrt sehr genossen, eine tolle Erfahrung!
Shiyan ist sicher und gut gefahren. Er hat uns Tempel und lokale Gemüsemärkte gezeigt und hat immer angehalten, wenn wir es verlangten. Er hat uns immer pünktlich abgeholt und uns rechtzeitig zum nächsten Ziel gebracht (normalerweise haben wir am Tag davor abgesprochen wo wir hinwollten/was wir sehen wollten). Wir haben seine Ruhe und seine Bescheidenheit sehr geschätzt und wir haben uns immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Auto war sehr komfortabel, hatte Klimaanlage und war immer sehr sauber.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Shiyan für den erbrachten Dienst, für die wunderbaren Orte, die er uns gezeigt hat und dafür, dass er seine Erfahrungen und Geschichten mit uns geteilt hat (Shiyan spricht übrigens sehr gut Englisch!) :-)
