Great patio with many tasty offerings to choose from!!! Server Rachelle was fantastic! Definitely worth a visit!!!!!

Hands down, one of the finest craft breweries in North America. I have been a fan since they started their degree program in 2010. It has been a pleasure to follow their graduates as they move to prominent breweries in Canada and beyond.
They have a permanent lineup of core beers that represent major lagers and ales from around the world. My favourite is their Strong Ale 101, a classic Scotch Ale. Most interesting to me are the small batch beers brewed by the students. The creativity and quality are extraordinary. A recent roster included 2 German Kolsch variants, a peach ale, a stylized Belgian Brown ale and a German Dunkelweizen. In the past, students released English spiced winter ales and the best Hefeweizen brewed outside Germany that I have ever tasted.
Their Growler Club is a bargain. For the past 5 years or so, I convinced my family to spring for a membership to celebrate my birthday and Fathers Day. Free seminars, discounted merch, free tastings and 1 complimentary growler fill per month! Plus a free excuse to visit once a month to sample the exclusive Growler Club brew.
They are currently shut down because of the Pandemic, but I encourage beer afficionados in Ontario to sample their wares by placing a phone order. Shipping is free or nominal in Ontario. Just to show my continued support, I actually made the 2+ hour round trip yesterday to pick up a case of assorted beers. Their seminars have transitioned to a Zoom based format. You can even sample along with the speaker by ordering the target beers for each session. Moderated by master brewers on staff, they are well worth attending.

We stopped in here while on an organized wine tour and thankful that we did as we didn't know it even existed.
A quick tour was provided by a student of the program while sampling a variety of their products. They have a bar/ taps and sell some mainstays as well as individual student recipes.
Great hidden spot and will likely come by again if in the area.

Time well spent - a small operation, but a very knowledgeable tour guide who was willing to spend the time to answer all our questions. A great selection to sample as well. Well worth the time.

A great afternoon for sampling some very excellent brewing styles. It is fun talking with the students and telling their stories about their avocation for beer. Tip the struggling college students.

We found out about the college from a waitress in the Falls and are so glad we made it our first stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We loved both the teaching winery AND brewery. Jill was great and very knowledgeable on all-things-beer! She accommodated two very different beer-drinkers! You won't be disappointed with the wonderful selection!
Side note: We visited Sliversmith Brewing Company later in our vacation and one of the staff members there is a student at the Teaching Brewery.

We did this tour for a bachelor party. We had a group of 15. We toured 3 breweries and a distillery that day and this one was by far the best stop. Our tour guide was Jill and she did an amazing job. Explained the process in detail we could all understand. Taste tested 3 or 4 different beers, from common flavour to ones with hint of fruit. All very tasty. If your going to tour Niagara’s breweries, distilleries and wineries this one is a must....2 thumbs up..

Since my last review, this has expanded significantly--both in space and selection. About 6 standard brews are supplemented by various student projects. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Not only do they have great ice wine but they have great beer too.
We had lunch at the 2 sisters and my husband feel in love with the beet they served....niagara college beer! i love that everyone supports local...

Went as part of a groupon- winery and brewery. Brewery was more fun! Ian was out 'guide' and he clearly loved what he does.
However- I didn't like the smell....very farm like!
