We had a great morning coast steering with Jack and Gemma in a fantastic location. There was always a choice regarding the difficulty of the challenges faced and the activities felt safe as long as instructions were followed. Jack and Gemma's enthusiasm for the activity shone through and contributed to a memorable morning for us all.

Our group of 8 lively adults had a fantastic time coasteering in Swanage with Sasha and Emma. Would 💯 recommend and will definitely return 😎

Starting positively, the activities we did were great. The coasteering was amazing and made great memories. The other activities were great too
What drastically let it down was the staff and accommodation. The staff were very aggressive and unfriendly. The accommodation was disgusting as well. I had a hole in my tent that led to a cockroach infestation and was told that it happens in all the tents. Also in kayaking, I was feeling ill in the water and was told that I couldn’t get out because it was going to be fun. At the end of the session I had the opposite of fun. At the end of camp I ended up sick for a week. Overall, an appalling three days there

In the rare instance that a student does not have an enjoyable stay, we conduct a thorough investigation to address their concerns. Please feel free to contact our office directly, or have a parent or guardian contact us so we can discuss your concerns further.
It is worth noting that the feedback we received from your teachers was extremely positive, as was the feedback from the rest of the students. It is also unfortunate that you did not raise any of these concerns with the camp team or teachers during the trip, as they could have been immediately addressed.
Nevertheless, we will be in touch with your trip leader and/or headteacher to explore your comments in detail and ensure we address this matter fully.

Really good afternoon coasteering! Loz and Ella were great, felt very safe in the water and lots of fun. Wet suits kept us warm. Would definitely recommend

Outstanding day out. Booked the ultimate combo for my cousins stag do on 20th of April. Could not be happier with how the day went. Location was easy to find and facilitys very well maintained, breakfast and lunch was great, very important a full day of challenging activities.
Loz, Elli and Saz were excellent instructors and a lot of fun. Morning of target sports and tag archery was brilliant, then on to coasteering in the afternoon. Most of us were new coasteering but we were in safe hands, the guys challenged us but never forced us to do anything we were not comfortable with, they always gave us a choice. Exhausting and thrilling, I can't recommend Cumulus enough for an awsome stag do. Also amazing location in the heart of the Purbecks with incredible views and your choice of great pubs nearby for well earned pint, we went to The Scott's Arms.
Lastly massive thanks to Jackie and Sandra in the office team for thier patience and helping me plan and book a successful stag do.

A group of us visited for a stag do on 20/4/24. We had the best time doing the ultimate package and more importantly the stag had an amazing time. Loz Ellie and Sas where the best instructors and too real good care of us. Would have given 6* to the quality of these three hosts, thank you guys so much

What a great place! Booked the Easter activity trail for two girls. All the staff were so friendly and the activities themselves were really fun. From high ropes to tunnelling, there was lots of variety and the staff knew exactly how to motivate and encourage each of the children. I felt it was real value for money too. Will definitely go again next year, if it's happening. The staff were really fantastic. Thank you for a brilliant afternoon in the sun (...and all the chocolate eggs!)

Fantastic experience for our school children. The office staff were great in helping us get the right activities for our aged children. The children had lots of fun, nothing but positive feedback from them, the staff were fantastic, polite, smartly dressed, and full of enthusiasm for our day. We can't wait to come again in July this year. We have booked several times in the past and will continue to use such a great company.

Thanks to Jack and Fin for a great experience. Never done coasteering before and was a little apprehensive but they took care of all the arrangements in a professional and friendly way. We went off Dancing Ledge, jumping into the sea off the rocks at different heights, climbing back up, into and out of caves, edging along the sides and back into the water. Great fun whilst assured of safety with wetsuits, life jackets and helmets. Thanks guys for a great time.

Leader hate children and don’t let you have fun in the water. Was made to go to bed at 9:30 and woken up at 6:30 with pots and pans and screaming

This is especially significant considering that we provide residential experiences for over 10,000 young people each year. Moreover, we are surprised to receive these comments as the feedback we received from your teachers was very positive.

Thank you for your question. The coasteering session last approximately three hours from arrival to departure, including meet & greet, safety brief, kitting up and walking to Dancing Ledge. You will have about 1hr 30 mins in the water.
