I was given the Introduction to Wine Tasting by my best friend for my birthday. My partner and I thought we already knew quite a bit about wine but Jonny was a great knowledge fountain and the 2 hours flew by. I would recommend this for a lovely night out

We had a great l evening hosted by Jonny with 4 friends tasting half a dozen carefully chosen wines and cheeses.
We really enjoyed this evening. The host, Jonny, ran the tasting well, was entertaining and really knowledgeable about the wines and the cheeses without any pretensions.
The event was via zoom, de rigueur for the period, and seamlessly delivered.
The wines were great, we learned lots and this was excellent value for money. We thoroughly recommend this as an event for a handful of friends.

What a brilliant 8 weeks, huge thank you to Jonny for giving us so much knowledge, incredibly interactive and tons of info. Great value and has kept us sane for the last 8 weeks with something to look forward too. Any interest in wine? It’s a must book!

Fabulous wine tastings covering France, Italy and Spain in three separate sessions. Jonny is a lovely tuitor and incredibly knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Always really enjoy the sessions run by Jonny. Great way of learning in a fun and relaxed environment.
The Oktoberfeast session involved tasting six beers that I wouldn’t have thought of trying but really enjoyed.
Will be booking loads more sessions in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!

We had a great time on with the sparking, sweet and fortified wines tasting!
The wines were great and the instructor, Jonny, was really informative, interesting and fun. The wines were paired up with some great cheeses, and this made the session even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this for a really wonderful evening out - we'll definitely be looking to do more of these sessions.

Had a great time on the 4-week introduction to wine course. Jonny is a great tutor and makes the evening tastings really fun and interesting. Learned a lot and now feel much more confident choosing (and drinking) wine. I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend who says it's the best present she's ever received. I highly recommend South London Wine School to anyone looking for a fun event where they can learn a bit more about wine!

2nd night of the course with 3 diiferent beers to taste. Jonny was again very informative and managed to maintain my interest,not so easily done these days.p

Love South London Wine School - simple engagement with a great host. Lovely to taste wine virtually and in-house at the Streatham Wine Shop before COVID. Insightful, reasonably priced wine, and great hints and tips of where to go around the world if you fancy a vineyard visit. Thanks Jonny.
