This was a very pleasant drive to the airport. The driver met us at our lodging we also was very courteous and the vehicle was super clean. I would recommend this service.

From the beginning nothing was as planned. For a small fortune of 852 € appointment was postponed from one day to another by half an hour, ok, that is acceptable. Instead of limousine came VW Bus, you can also tolerate. 45 min. we had to wait until we were then allowed in, the escort refused to submit this 45 min! Versailles is a dusty box, unappled and dark, no trace of grandeur and empire tower, no beautiful furnishings and no representation of the royal environment. Also so crowded that stopping for a moment and taking a closer look was not possible, the human lump was pushed through the rooms and from behind you shouted, please do not stop! The gardens were largely a construction site, so was not to watch either, but sold as performance. So you cheated yourself both financially and from experience! Shame to offer something like that for the money.

The driver was very savvy on avoiding traffic and congested streets due to the Olympics preparations. We saw more beautiful landmarks, buildings and facets of Paris we had missed thanks to his route choices. He dropped us off exactly where. We needed to be. And we appreciated ayes it greatly with all the luggage we had.

I booked a transfer from the Frankfurt Airport to Bacharach through Profi, even though the company is based out of France. The reviews were so good that I decided to give it a shot. It was not a great experience. Our driver texted the whole time he drove and he charged us extra because he waited for more than an hour at the airport, which was not our fault due to customs being backed up. He did not introduce himself to us, got into a verbal confrontation with a driver at the airport, and drove like a maniac. I’m only giving three stars instead of zero because he didn’t kill us. We should have taken the train. Would not recommend.

For this being our first time the driver was very professional and courteous. We didn’t have to pick up any luggage on our own.

Excellent driver through very traffic. He was kind and professional.
The only issue was meeting one and other after we had a long wait for our bags. We were outside waiting on him, he was inside waiting on us.

The service was excellent. Our flight from Miami to Paris arrived an hour late so I was concerned but Mr. Salim was waiting for us. The van was very comfortable and he helped with all the luggage. I would recommend.
