Booked for my little girls 4th birthday - did the booking on my mobile phone that morning. Arrived and was told that we weren't allowed in as she wasn't old enough.
I advised there was nothing advising this when booked and she took me to the full website where it showed. She advised no one else was booked on the session but still wouldn't allow us to participate. She told us to contact the manager re a refund - I have done nearly everyday since and heard nothing back. They have now closed the website as have changed hands......

Booked for a party of twenty school kids ages 6-7. Initially sent 4 invites in the post?? Only 16 short. Had to chase more up. In the day we arrived and were awaiting the other kids to arrive as the party was 4pm.
Few were running late as it was a school night however it was never explained to us that our session was 4-5 so the kids that had already arrived could have gone on the trampolines whilst the others were arriving. So unfortunately they all waited and went in together at approx 425pm. Called of for food at 5 and that was it. The kids couldn’t go back on the trampolines. All very disappointed. Things weren’t explained to us on our arrival. We just waited around and it wasn’t busy. I feel someone could have said we will play the safety video and the kids can go on and when the others arrive it could have been played again. Anyway they had the food . Pizza was ok. The cakes and biscuit were of very cheap , poor quality.
Then it took nearly 25 minutes to bring out ice cream. The kids got inpatient and fed up. The host was no where to be seen and we were left to entertain the kids.
Told the manager . Not much reply from her. Paid the £12.50 per child as had no choice.
And I’d say most of the kids left disappointed as so did I.

Purchased tickets for Jump Start (under 5) session online the night before, all went through website fine and money taken. However, turns out that these sessions don’t run during school holidays. No mention of this on websites, company still happy to take money for sessions which don’t run.
Raised with company, pathetic apology and tickets still available for all non running sessions this weeek. Appalling incompetency and lack of care for extremely disappointed under 5s refused entry.

Would like to thank all the staff at jump warehouse for organising such a wonderful afternoon for my little boys 7th Birthday party . Leo and all his friends had such a fabulous time, all the staff were welcoming friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend excellent all round 👌👌👌🙌🙌

Awful value for money, terrible customer service, would recommend Jump Nation bear the Trafford Centre instead.

Took two 9year olds, booked online as they already had the socks, good to see that they show a video of does and songs before they start jumping. Nice cafe for parents to sit in, food was nice and nice that you could see the kids and they could see you.

It's quite an expensive activity, so going to Jump Warehouse is a treat. The kids love the light up panel that encourages them to aim for the lights in a timed or skill test. We sat upstairs in the cafe, this provides great viewing of the trampolines, we do find the cafe to be expensive tho, and we were disappointed to find that you can't buy a jug of juice like you can in similar trampoline parks, so a £1 for a small bottle of juice wasn't going to go far when the kids have been jumping for half an hour, I know jugs of juice have been provided in the past for birthday parties.
Like other trampoline parks, the music is always unbearably loud and so tends to be distorted. So I have given it a four star mainly cos the kids do love coming, but I think next time we'll bring earplugs!
Maybe they should stock these alongside the wrist bands and key rings! Lol!

There were lots of trampolines very spacious but it was crowded with people and a beautiful cafe upstairs if you look further you will find a huge squishy mat that you jump on which Is really cool.

This is very local to our home so we do visit regularly- the staff are always very pleasant and there are lots of different things for the kids to do - the cafe is reasonably priced as normally these kind of places can be very expensive - I would highly recommend jump warehouse

Yeah, this place shut down earlier this year. It’s been replaced by ‘Tru Ninja’ (fancy obstacle course).

During busy times I wouldn't take young children again as their is no separate bit and my child got jumped on as its quite crowded. Most have separate areas and better layouts, shop about before going with young ones
