I have had lower back pain for many years and tried a number of different treatments, most of which were ineffective. However, the lady who treated me here found a number of problems which the other practioners somehow missed and worked really hard to free up various tight muscles. After 4 sessions my back feels better than it has done for a very long time. I wish I had found this place ages ago.

Unbelievable massage with Nang and Sue. Such lovely people, so professional, and such firm and skilled hands. After a particularly stressful week I feel completely revitalised after just 90 mins.Thank you both. See you again soon please. Michael

I had a one hour massage a few hours after an intense bjj session. I was broken and hurt in many places but I left feeling much better. My recovery was helped so much by the lovely masseuse, that I highly recommend to everyone.

One of Orpington's best kept secrets, Swan is place to go to get excellent massages to help you relax, recuperate or recover from injuries. The massage rooms are ambient and calming, while the masseuses are polite and very professional. Pricing is very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

I went because I had tight, painful shoulders and after half an hour of a combination of deep tissue and Thai massage my shoulders felt so much looser and more relaxed.
The woman who gave the massage was really friendly and genuinely seemed like she cared about my health and wellbeing.
I was a bit skeptical about the location but it's a legit place and there are signs you follow that lead to the blue door where you enter.
I'm definitely going back and I'd definitely recommend going here!

I work in beauty and, after the Christmas and New Year rush, my neck and back were killing me! Decide to use my tips and book a 90 min deep tissue/Thai massage combo.
Swan Thai massage is located down an alley way, behind a barbers, but you can access it via the barbers if you can’t find it (very friendly staff).
I saw Nang who I can confidently say, is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She started off by walking on my legs and back, stretching all my muscles out. After 90 mins, there wasn’t a single muscle that hadn’t been stretched and massaged to within an inch of its life.
This isn’t a massage for the feint hearted: it’s sometimes uncomfortable but I love this kind of massage as I feel like something is actually being done. However, you can always ask Nang for a more gentle massage, she also does aromatherapy. How this tiny lady does what she does is beyond me but I swear I walked out of there an inch taller! £55 for 90 mins was such good value I gave her a large tip. Will definitely be back.

I would recommend this service to anyone in the local area that wants a massage.
1: it is cheap! I spent £56 on an hour and a half massage, tipped extra because the price of the massage didn't effect quality.
2: the lady is very friendly.
3: I had an awful neck problem for 3/4 years osteopathic and chiropractors did basically nothing, one visit here and the lady seriously helped out.
3.5: I will be returning again "god willing" for regular massages as she done a better job then the "professionals" in one session.
4: felt so relaxed after was really loose could even do full contact fighting and felt amazing!
5: asked her for a strong massage it did hurt but the pain didn't last and I was fully able to train a few hours later and do allot of "sparring" so she didn't damage at all the deep massage really helped.
6: if you are local then I would not bother to go further as they beat everybody in price also their quality is not an issue I would complain about.

The best massage. I used to struggle to get a good night's sleep but since Jib started massaging my neck I sleep so well. I used to also have severe shoulder pain and she identified a deep historical knot that has taken a few sessions of work to clear. I will recommend her services, she is very experienced and very professional. Reasonable price too.

Went there just to see how it was and if it compared to the great massages I had in Thailand and it didn't disappoint . I been having problems with my back and they sorted it out with a fusion of stretching and great massage been back several times now well worth it
