Apart from the boat shed, there really is very little else to do here. There’s no entry fee although you’ll need to park a short walk away as it’s located on a busy road.
Probably better to photograph it on a sunny day as the water is a little murky!

The Blue Boat Shed is a terrific photo opportunity. There is no charge, but you might have to line up for a while to get your photo. The Blue Boat Shed is a Perth icon, situated on the banks of the Swan River. The Blue Boat Shed is not far from the University of Western Australia. It's a great shot to show your friends at home on Instagram.

There's nothing else here except the blue boat house, if you like instagrammable places, this would be the one that you're looking for. We came around late afternoon and took lovely pictures - and u have to queue for it. Not much of a crowd, u need to park opposite the road (up on a slope - housing area) and walk down, cross over the busy road and there you'll have it! Remember not to leave anything valuable behind in your car (parked) as the locals said to have people breaking the car windows to steal. Other than that, it's a 10-30 minute visit for this spot. Take some photos, and byebye.

A good place to capture some great moments for individual or family shoots against the backdrop, especially early in the morning or before the sunset sets. The view is very beautiful. Seeing the blue lake meets the blue house under the blue sky is very fascinating. Yes, it's a good place for picture but besides that, there's nothing much you can do here. It is just a small blue house linked by a short bridge
Located just next to the main road which is a busy traffic place. A lot traffic and bicycles along the pathway. Be careful in crossing the street because there are no traffic lights and mindful of cyclist and runners to avoid accidents.
The house is not open to the public. Can get a bit crowded with people waiting in a line to take their pictures depending on the time of the day.
To access the landmark, you can cycle or walk but if your driving, car park can be limited. You may park along the residential roads across the house before crossing the road. Alternatively you can catch a bus at Perth station and return with a valid 2 hours tickets. Total time and back should take less than 2 hours.

Pochi minuti per visitare questa attrazione turistica. Posizionata sul fiume Swan ma con davanti una strada a scorrimento veloce pericolosa da attraversare. Abbiamo fatto le foto e via non c’era praticamente nessuno.

きれいな景色です。風が強かったです。
ただ、インスタ映えを期待する方が列を作ります。観光客が沢山いるパースです。待っている方々がいても気にせず長い間写真を撮り続ける方々も中にはいます。あまり気持ちのいいものではありません。
とにかく景色はきれいです。

The Blue Boat House is an iconic destination not to be missed. Located opposite a busy road, many people decide that crossing this road is worth the 'gram, including this OP. The house is not open to the public. If you decide to drive here, park on the opposite side of the road but lock your vehicles as WA Police has put up notices warning people that there have been robberies around the area.

Nothing to do here except to take photos, with a caption “been here!”. I came around the evening and parked at the traffic light site, which is free after 6. But, you got to walk a little which is a hassle for me cause I was already tired during the time after a full-day tour. Anyways the day that I came the house was pink! Oh man.... well, enjoy the photos.

Park the car at road side and walk there. Many angles to take the photos. I think ot will be long queue if go in the weekend
