So glad I tried this as I was curious for sure. The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming both in person when there and over the phone. The place is clean, tidy and they have a few lovely items in reception you can buy - no ugly drinks, some beautiful teas and candles. I was offered a "tea of the day" when I came out which I happily sat and drunk on the couch before leaving. Defientley would return.

Visited on a wet Auckland day which was perfect. Friendly staff and lovely facilities. This was my second float in the Dreamweaver room and I felt more relaxed second time around knowing what to expect. Had a tea afterwards and did oxygen bar too. Felt great afterwards.

I absolutely loved my float session, I used one of the rooms as a posed to a tank how ever there was both options. The service was great as a first time floater I was made well informed. I am also a wheelchair user and the staff member was as accomodating as she could possibly be and if there was anything I needed she offered to help. The only advise I would have advise as a wheelchair user is to bring a support person to get in and out.
I also saw and experienced so many benefits from the float, it was great on my body and mind I cannot wait to go back again!

Lovely staff!
Minimalist but great ambience.
The float actually does give you a relief from mental stress, I genuinely felt a lot calm after the float. During the float you get into deep state of relaxation and loose track of time. Would be a regular doing this and definitely recommend it for better mental health.

Hi there,
I am sorry that you feel disappointed. However, given we have had a policy that our vouchers are valid for 12-months (which you purchased in 2019) it is disappointing that you are leaving negative reviews online when trying to use those vouchers 4 years later in 2023. Furthermore, leaving these reviews when a new owner has taken over the business only a month ago. We too are disappointed.

This is a peaceful little oasis of self-care. The experience itself is unique - very hard not to relax. There is ample parking outside and the staff were attentive at all times.

Wonderfully relaxing and unique experience. I visited on a suitably unseasonable cold and rainy day and this was a peaceful, de-stressing, warm and blissful undertaking. Facilities were clean / well-presented, there was adequate parking right out front and the staff member was attentive in her explanation of my first float experience.

Infinity float package is an amazing experience which promotes deep relaxation and wellbeing. I have not felt so relaxed as I did once I completed my first float. I will be returning! Give it a go.

Did my first session this week and entering with no expectations. Used the couple room and the sensations did not disappoint. Never felt so zen and peaceful just by floating for one hour. I am definitely implementing this as a monthly self-care regime.
