5 stars for this fantastic team who run this small near the old market counter! They recommended a bike tour by Siem Reapers which was fantastic. Going on a second tour on Mon. Kanika (woman) was amazing with info on many things including getting me a tx to the Phare Circus & installing a SIM card for me & uploading a few apps on my phone as well as demonstrating how to use the Grab app & Pass app for local transport. They are open 9am-10pm everyday. The other 2 guys are super friendly as well, speak terrific English & are very knowledgeable about Siem Reap & things to see & do while visiting here. I dropped in many evenings to say hi & get assistance. Super friendly bunch! Street 11, Krong Siem Reap (Pub St area).

I found this company very good at advising me about my onward travel from siem reap. I wanted a reliable bus to battambang and their service was excellent. The tuk tuk driver was early to pick me up and the bus company good and very courteous.

Raksmey (Sp?) from T.S. Travel & Tours arranged for us to go on a motorbike (scooter) tour to Kulen Moutain with a company called Cambodia Motorbike Adventure Tours. Our guide was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this tour. Note that even though it says the trip is to the Kulen Mountain to see the waterfalls, it includes a lot more. We rode through the villages, interacted with some of the locals, drank palm juice, seen rice made, watched a lady make rice noodles and ate fresh noodles. We also went to an off the beat temple ruins which was beautiful. Finally we attended a Buddha Temple, had lunch and shopped in the market. What a great day :-)

We booked a few trips, including the Angkor Wat short circuit trip (with English speaking guide) and the circus, with this travel agent. Both Kanika and Kimseung were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the trips. They advised the right trips to book and gave their personal numbers which were accessible after business hours in case of any help required. They went out of their way to help us in every respect. Would throughly recommend them. They can be found in the market street, right next to the pub street.

Booked a couple of tours through this company, the staff member who did the bookings (Kanida) apologies if I have not spell your name correctly, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I booked this company for a full day tour of the temple complex and they forgot to pick me up!
When they turned up a few hours later they said I should have contacted them sooner!
But they didn’t supply any contact numbers on booking?
Their Rep said I could join another tour but due to the lost time I would now only see half the temples?!
They were not bothered, shrugged their shoulders a lot and weren’t bothered at all.
A total waste of time and money...do not use this company

The agency i talked booked me to this company's tour for small circuit in Angkor Wat instead of the company i wanted. The tour guide's knowledge about Angkor Wat and general stuff was so poor that he often gave us wrong information (some of which i easily found on some signs around the temple afterwards). And most of the time, he was more like guiding us where to go instead of explaining the . Definitely not satisfied. There are heaps of tour companies and even guides at the spot. Just book with another company.

we really so sorry to hear that though of problem, and we apologize about getting you to the wrong tour company, because at those time we were a bit miss understood each other, and before we booked it we were confirming you twice as well .
