Where do I even start? We lost our wedding venue in Griffen, Georgia to two category 5 tornadoes with only 6 months before our wedding date of August 12th. After hours of searching (Bali or not to Bali) we decided on Cartagena, Columbia. That decided, we needed a wedding planner and with a little more searching we found Two Travel.
I can not begin to tell you how happy we are to have found such wonderful people. Ray was the 1st person I spoke to. Funny and charismatic mixed with a hint of sarcasm ……..Lol, I knew immediately Ray and his team at Two Travel were going to the perfect fit for us!!
Valentina was my point of contact for my wedding team (yes, I had a “team” helping to plan our wedding) and at times the keeper of my sanity. So many questions and concerns (which are normal for a destination wedding) were answered and put to rest. The theme of our wedding was Alice in Wonderland and not something the team had ever done before. Actually, non of the vendors had done this theme before. They helped us pick the perfect venue and from there the choices in decor, food and lighting were perfect!! It was MAGICAL and beyond anything I could have imagined.
The day after the wedding we arranged for the entire wedding party and guests to spend the day at Bora Bora. Through Two Travel we rented two boats for the day which were excellent! It was another amazing day!!
Thank you ALL for making my dream wedding become a reality!!!

Two Travel team is well worth it! I came to Cartagena for a large (25+ people) birthday celebration and Two Travel took the stress out of everything. Worked with Ray and his team as part of their concierge service and they were helpful, responsive, and professional. helped with everything from booking the villa to groceries, transport, all activities. allowed me to relax and enjoy the time with friends. all restaurants were TOP NOTCH and I cant recommend them enough

Team Two Travel provided valuable local knowledge to help us plan our two week vacation to Colombia. They guided us on where to stay, where to eat, and things to do. Their recommendations were great! Highlights included coordinating several boating trips and a road trip to Guatape. Two Travel coordinated all transports for us, food on the boat, and more to make for very enjoyable outings. They were available whenever we wanted during our trip. They rapidly responded when our flights were delayed to help provide a car service when we decided to drive instead of fly. Knowledge is best in Medellin and Cartegena - supplement their guidance with your own research in other areas and ensure alignment on when bookings for your agreed itinary are made.

Two Travel is the must go to travel agency to use for Cartagena! I had my bachelorette party here with 13 of us. Safety wise, we had a security guard 24/7 (shout out to Daniel!) who was with us everywhere we went and made all of us feel really safe everywhere we went. All their recommendations from activities, restaurants, to bars/clubs were top notch and handled all reservations with our tables all being in prime location or even having the entire restaurant to ourselves. They handled all transportation as well. Communication was top notch from the owner Ray, to our host Sophie who has available 24/7 our entire trip. Truely have the best service and would highly recommend!

This company is a complete fraud. I paid for the pink sea. Initially, the communication was great. However, the day of the trip NOBODY CAME TO PICK ME UP.
After sending countless emails, I finally got a response stating the trip was canceled due to protests and my money will be refunded.
There were no protest! I found a taxi to take to the Pink Sea later that day.
Furthermore, all communication suddenly ceased and MY MONEY HAS YET TO BE REFUNDED.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY.

Of all of the ports on our cruise this is the ONE where I really wanted someone there to meet us as the port - and it is the ONLY one that this didn't happen. When we got off the ship there was one sign with all the names of "private" tours on it. Ours wasn't listed, so we walked out to the parking lot - thinking they may meet us there. We were inundated with taxi drivers offering to drive us into town, give us tours, anything we wanted. We explained that we had already PAID for a tour and we were looking for the guide/driver. None of them knew where we should go. I called the number we had - and was told that the driver was having a problem getting to the area because of the demonstrations. Could we possibly take a cab into town and they would meet us there. This wasn't acceptable to us - one of the main reasons we had chosen this tour was because we were to be met and dropped off at the port. The person on the phone said he was trying to contact the driver and asked if I had WhatsApp, which I don't. He asked me to call back in 10-15 minutes. I talked with my sister, who DOES have WhatsApp. She contacted them with the app and was told that they would reimburse us for the cost of a cab. Still not acceptable. Driver was still "on their way". During their discussion the person said that there was demonstrations/riots in the city and they were beginning to wonder if it was safe for us to make the trip. We had heard about demonstrations in Bogota but hadn't heard anything about them in Cartagena. As we're discussing whether we should "chance it" and go into the city the agency told us that our driver was there and willing to take us to the city if we still wanted to go. We decided against it - we'd already burned up over an hour of our six hours in port. We asked around (mostly the cab drivers) about demonstrations or riots in the city but none of them were aware of any problems. We ended up taking one of the cabs into the city and saw NO demonstratons there. The ONLY reason I didn't give a lower rating is that they DID refund our money. Would NOT recommend them.

Amazing space and staff, central to all you want to see in the walled city, secure and impressive. Refreshing pool, Of air/conditioned accommodations and parlor, and lots of space to enjoy fresh air and local flavor!

We spent an awesome week in Cartagena with 8 other people. Two Travel did a great job arranging everything without any hiccups. Everything from boat rentals to massages were handled expertly.
