We have been coming here for years. It’s the perfect spot after a day of wine tasting or travel. You check in with the hostess who will seat you, then you can either order on your phone using a bar code provided at your table or you can go up to a counter to order with a person. People are walking around and are available to assist you if you can’t find something on the site. It works pretty well unless you would like a refill of something, like iced tea. I asked a server who dropped off our beer and seltzer about a tea refill, she said she would refill it for me but never returned. I didn’t want to order and pay for a second one, so I just did without since we were leaving soon anyway but perhaps they can make an option in the app for refills on things such as iced tea.
We split the Cali-Western Smash Burger and upgraded to garlic fries, our meal was delicious! We had drinks with our meals and then decided to try a few new items it was easy to order them on the app and close out our tab from our table. We will return!

Drove up to Paso Robles to check out the Firestone Walker Brewing Company. Wow! This place is a campus and takes up several city blocks. We arrived too late to check out the visitor center but had a good time at the brewery. Arrived before happy hour was over so we were able to enjoy some $5, 20 ounce beers. Tried a pizza that was great. Service was good as well as the atmosphere. Could see this being a fun place when a live band is playing.

Went there for burgers and beers. I asked for a dark/stout beer and was told they were out. HMMMM... then saw an electronic sign for their anniversary ale and asked if I could have one. The waiter said sure, but its not dark. Yes, it is, it's a stout beer. Burgers and beer were good but staff needs better training. Kind of spendy as well and waiter never came back to ask us how things were until it was time to drop off the check. Probably won't be back, bummer as we were so excited to try this place.

The place is huge and it has a nice atmosphere. You order on a tablet and they just bring you the food, so no real service to speak of. The beer was great and the food was good. We will go back for an our.

We've always had Firestone Walker on our list of frequent places to visit when we're in Paso Robles. What a disappointment this visit. I totally understand the problems with staffing but just to be handed an tablet to place and order - they can do better. The food was non-descript and the beer (when you could get one) was just OK. It seems like they've lost their direction - new corporate management? My advice would to turn right and head to Tin City and visit Barrell House Brewing Company.

We went on a tour Thursday afternoon. It was essentially private as it was just our party of four. While I've toured breweries before, the scale and precision of the brewing is impressive. Isla also was a fantastic guide. And of course, the tastings during and after the tour were really enjoyable.

We went for a brewery tour wednesday morning and Stephanie was our guide and was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgable and enthusiastic and kept us all engaged the entire time. From beginning to end it was a completely unforgettable experience and we were shocked to learn she had only been with firestone walker for a few months! Thank you Stephanie, we will be back!

We visited Firestone on a Monday evening for dinner. We were seated quickly, went to the counter to order. Food was served fairly quickly, we had 4 entrees and a appetizer. Two of the meals were underwhelming at best, the 3rd was overcooked and dry, the 4th, the burger was good. Go for the beer, see the place, but skip the restaurant, we will not be back.

Cervejas incríveis, muitas que não chegam ao Brasil e que são difíceis até de encontrar em outros estados norte-americanos, como algumas wild ale e cali squeeze.
Para comer, aperitivos como nachos, fritas, mac-n-cheese, buffalo wings..., além de algumas opções de burgers, tacos, pizzas e saladas. Curtimos muito a "SOUTH OF THE BORDER SALAD".

Nice spacious brewery with great beer. You can order either through scanning a barcode on the table or at the bar. Either way, you get delicious beer served pretty quickly. And yes, the beer is delicious. Nothing like having an 805 on draft from the original brewhouse.
The merchandise on-site offers a variety to pick from and reasonably priced.
The food left something to be desired. I would suggest eating before attending. We had the poke nachos and mac & cheese, didn’t finish either plate. If it wasn’t for the food, would definitely be a near perfect experience.
