Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was over cooked and charred.
I showed the waiter and he agreed.
The manager comes over(Michele) and apologized.
Then she informed me that I ate half of the sandwich and I would get 50% off.
I asked her to bring the sandwich back out so I could show her. She refused and accused me of eating half of it. Bold face lie!
Then she brings the chef out and he says I ate half.
Asked him why did you served me charred-burnt pulled pork.
He was clueless.
I said since we are in a casino why don’t we view the cameras footage and will see who is right!(Customer is always right)
They refused.
They degraded me and belittled me as a customer as if I was trying to steal a $16 pork sandwich.
Make sure to take a picture of your food so you have proof it something goes wrong.
Michele should be fired.
Don’t order the pulled pork sandwich.

Stopped in on way home from a concert. To check out Hard Rock. I am not a gambler, how ever why not check it out for s & giggles!
I received a card with a free 10.00 play, along with a freebie Hard Rock Tee Shirt. They had loads of boxes filled with tees.
I found myself on a penny slot with the free ten dollar play. Ding ding ding ding, til I hit seventy five dollars! "You're addicted now" no I'm not...I stopped at 50.00. Sweet!
Street Taco's restaurant on the pricy side, I had sorbet at Constant Grind directly next to the taco place, did not eat at Taco joint. Sorbet was so good. All located in food court.
I also found myself in the gift shop inside the Casino. Oh my!! I don't Gamble but I luv to shop, wink. I purchased two Pair of Swarovski ear rings, beautiful! Reasonably priced.
A Sports Book is in here, get assistance to place your bet, or at counter. To see the odds on the kiosk, you may need help.
Five dollar minimum on the roulette.
Cocktails reasonably priced. Free coffee, idk

Had been to different Hard Rocks before but this one was brand new opening at the end of August. Went to sign up for their card and got a Grand opening T-shirt and $10 on a machine. Great place to visit and see all the Rock and Roll Mementos. Very large venue and two gift shops. Large variety of slot machines.You can't miss this from the highway. Would go again if in the area.

The food at Hardrock Cafe was very good but little pricey. Alexandria was really good waitress. But staff at players club not so much. I was at the temporary casino in 2021 and was not impressed. I was in the new casino for first time today. I wanted to get a promo tee shirt they were giving away and was willing to pay for one. But because I was at the temporary site they refused to give me one even if I paid for it. If I was willing to pay, what difference does it make? I thought they were in business to make money or am I wrong?

We had a great time at this new Hard Rock. Just opened a few months ago. The place is very clean, nice staff. We won, we lost, we won. We ate at the Hard Rock restaurant, it was good just pricey. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn which is walkable to the casino.

We traveled to the Fireside Theatre in Wisconsin and passed the casino, so we stopped on our way back home. It's brand new and there was plenty of parking spaces available. My wife likes to play video poker but they had very limited machines available and most were taken. There were plenty of regular slots to play, but for us it was a bust. We stayed about an hour and left disappointed. No complimentary coffee or soft drinks like other casinos. Really no reason for us to go back. We'll stick with Four Winds in Michigan.

Don't go in an rv. Was kicked out of the parking lot until to go to the truck stop across the street after spending $500 on the table.

The drinks are a total RIP OFF! $7.00 Domestic Beer, $$8.00 mixed drink.
For fancy WOKE People. We will not be going back due to extremely expensive prices.

I think probably the worst payouts of anyplace I have been.
Beautiful facility, poor food choices.
Expensive beer
No wait staff
Max bets mean lose more
No bonus rounds
Not sure how they will sustain such a casino, eventually people will stop going.

Casino is all right, brand new. They however do not have complimentary water or coffee for their players. My husband had to take his medication and I looked for a water glasses or fountain. I asked the people at the door one said in the marketplace then he asked the other person and he just pointed. That's customer service at its finest. I went to the marketplace, $4 for a bottle of water. I asked if they just had a glass of water, the lady at Street Tacos said no and walked away. I walked to the front entrance tossed my players card in the trash. From my home it is the same distance to Hochunk, complimentary water, coffee and pop at several locations in the casino and the staff is nicer. Goodbye Hard Rock!
