We had a nice 90 minute horseback tour with Ruby’s. Even though we never actually went into the park, we were able to get a view of the canyon. Our guide Berry was very nice and knew the horses well. My horse Alice was a bit slow but she did a great job trying to keep up. All the horses seemed in good condition and well mannered. Our family of three enjoyed ourselves.

Kids enjoyed the horseback riding tour. Beautiful scenery and just the right amount of time. Mom didn't appreciate the cowboy guide asking her kids about their partying habits. In addition, this guide wasn't shy about expressing some pretty racist views based on one encounter with one group of people. I would suggest a little training on social skills.

Absolutely wonderful experience. So glad we booked this in advance. There was a dozen people on the trail trek, along part of the Bryce rim and then through wooded areas.
The guys leading the trek were great! Chatting with everyone and making sure we were all happy. We had good basic instruction at the start and the horses were happy and ambled along.
I would definitely recommend this experience.

Did the Ruby's 4 day adventure ride. Great time,horses, trails, lodging and food. Would recommend to everyone who loves riding and seeing awesome views

Nous avons participé à la balade à cheval dans les bois, en pleine nature pour longer Bryce Canyon. Nous avons pu voir des animaux sauvages et des paysages magnifiques. Le couple qui encadrait notre balade était très à l'écoute, prenait le temps de nous commenter le paysage, ils étaient fort sympathiques.

My family and I had a wonderful excursion with Denise, our guide, and the rest of the
staff at Ruby’s. This was the first time on a horse in 12 years and I was glad the terrain was easy. The sights were great and Denise’s knowledge of the region with little quick facts thrown in made the ride more enjoyable. The 3 1/2 hour tour was certainly long enough for me and mine. I recommend.

We did the 1.5 hour ride and it was just the right amount of time on the horse. A nice ride through the forest with a beautiful view of some hoodoos. The guides were young, Brian and Klinc were talkative and fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend!

Unieke ervaring. Bryce Canyon is op zich al adembenemend mooi, maar om het vanaf de rug van een (geweldig betrouwbaar) paard te zien... Soms best spannend, over smalle paadjes langs steile hellingen, maar de paarden zijn dit duidelijk door en door gewend. Ze zijn ook in prima conditie en worden goed verzorgd. Als je de kans krijgt: doen!

Good and fun experience. Did 1.5 hr trip. Wear sun protection and ask for a helmet as not routinely offered. The horses or mules are well trained. Can bring water and mobile phone only. The lead will also take photos and airdrop them up you at the end. You need to cross over the road from the Inn to the Corral which we were not aware of as this was not on our info so we waited In reception for someone to come. Get there early to prep.

We had an amazing experience yesterday on the Thunderback ride! Our guide, Jeff, was awesome! He had a lot of knowledge to share! There were only 3 of us on the ride and he was very relaxed and flexible and worked at our skill level, willing to stop as necessary. The views were breathtaking. I highly recommend the 4 hour trail! The panoramic views were all worth it! He even took photos along the way and airdropped them to us at the end!

If you aren't up to a 5 hr ride one of the days can you go on a 1-2 hour ride as an alternate?

Thanks you for your question. We do offer other rides then just a 5 hour ride. If you are referring to the Ruby's Grand Adventure Ride, it is setup for long rides for the days that you are riding to show you a lot of our area in the time you are here. In the past we have had people not want to ride and just miss out on the days ride. But can get you on our shorter 1 1/2 hour if that is what you would like to do that day. If you have any other question please let me know.
