The sandwiches were just ok because the lettuce was old, limp and bad tasting. It kind of ruined the sandwiches. The bread is good, and the cold cuts were fine, but not the best. You can build your own sandwich, which is fun. It was just average.

The Carter's/OshKosh kids outlet is great. Staff is very helpful. I'm am aunt so always need help with sizes. Crocs outlet is almost full price - lots of upscale places - Kate Spade, Tory Burch, North Face.

Typical outlet experience. Lots of stores to check out. Found a few bargains, but nothing out of the ordinary.

One of the families favorite places to shop. The place was busily with life and the prices were competitive and sales excellent. Enjoy a truly fun shopping experience.

We stayed near the Outlet Mall and spent our free afternoon doing a little shopping. While I understand the changes to shopping due to the pandemic, my review is not based on anything to do with that.
Masks were required in each store we visited and several stores limited the number of guests. That we expected and it didn’t seem to be a problem. Some stores did not accept cash, again that was also expected. There were no restrooms or dressing rooms available, so keep that in mind if you plan to visit.
Our disappointment was mostly with the staffing of several stores and the overflowing trash cans outside in the common areas. In the span of 6 hours, the trash only got worse and seemed to be an issue in the parking areas as well. (Shame on the litterbugs that threw their trash on the ground on the first place, but for the most part the general public is not conscientious about how they dispose of their garbage) We encountered several staff members in a variety of stores that were unfriendly and appeared unkempt. I don’t know if this is normal for this particular outlet mall, but I have visited several other outlets and this was by far a huge disappointment. Again, we understand restrictions that retailers are dealing with, but at least pick up the trash on your property and require stores to employ problem that groom themselves, wear clean clothes, and try to offer a smile to customers.

In Norfolk angekommen sind wir vom Hafen mit dem Taxi für 22 Dollar zum Outlet gefahren. Dort haben wir dann ein paar Stunden Boutiquenhopping gemacht. Vorm Einkaufen unbedingt erst zum Infocenter am Seiteneingang des Outlets gehen, dort bekommt man einen Plan vom Outlet und Gutscheine für diverse Shops. Das lohnt sich unbedingt. Nach einigen Stunden shoppen und entspannen sind wir wieder mit dem Taxi (wieder 22 Dollar) zum Hafen und haben uns noch das riesige Kriegsschiff angeschaut.

The outlet mall did not meet my expectations. I have visited Tangier and Premium Outlet centers in NC, SC, FL and MD and they all have better sores, a better layout and more dining options

It is and ok place to shop. I don't like it because it does not have any shops for large people like clothes. I will not go back

We stopped in here while visiting the area and found it to be a typical outlet experience. The parking is plentiful. Lots of walking required to see the whole thing. The usual outlet stores are there. Nothing spectacular, and amazing enough, we left without buying a thing.

This is a new outlet shopping center. It's nice and clean and new. It has a fairly typical mixture of stores. There are some good deals, but you need to check out the clearance racks to find them. The food court is really nice and the Christmas decorations are beautiful.
