Disappointed with this service. I scheduled over a week in advance for the meet & greet service; driver did neither - I received a phone call that told me at which door he was waiting. With a larger group with me, I was expecting the convenience of the meet & greet service I paid for in advance. On the return trip, the driver was late to scheduled pick up time. Driver was friendly, but made calls (not hands free) and was texting during trip. I paid in advance for tolls to be included; instead, we took side streets through Queens to Midtown and the same happened on the return trip. The vehicle itself was unimpressive - I was expecting clean and waters available; instead the cargo area had other things it nearly not enough room for our bags. I overpaid ($500+ round trip) for the service received and feel like I would have had a better experience with an Uber for much, much less. I have booked Carmel Car Service in the past and will go back to them next time.

AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL DRIVER, AWFUL VALUE FOR MONEY, ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
Based my decision to use this service on previous fantastic reviews but they could NOT have been more wrong. I would NOT recommend this service at all: Having paid $170 for a “luxury” service, which should have been an SUV Suburban which seated 6 with 6 cases and provided free water etc. The car which turned up was a Ford Escape and was 40 minutes late. I had to chase the company to find out where the car was and luckily had given us a little extra time. When the car eventually arrived, the driver couldn’t even be bothered to get out to tell us she was there. We received no assistance from the driver to put the luggage in the car and there was not enough room for the cases we had quoted. On telling the driver that the cases wouldn’t fit in the trunk, she informed me that it wasn’t her fault and was about to drive off. We ended up with a suitcase on the front seat, being thrown back and forth whilst she drove. The driver did not speak a word to us for the whole journey and there were no “luxury” conditions at all.

The limo service arrived on time for pick up from the airport & from the hotel. They were reasonably priced & the limo was very nice.

Besser geht es nicht. Von der herzlichen Kontaktaufnahme durch Christian bis hin zum Ende der Fahrt, alles so wie man es sich wünscht. Ein individuelles Arrangement, dass sich sowohl preislich als auch von den Leistungen deutlich von anderen abhebt. Pünktlich auf die Sekunde und ein Fahrer, der sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und mit dem nötigen Fingerspitzengefühl weiß, wie er dieses Erlebnis unvergesslich werden lässt. Vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Service!

We were in NYC for birthday celebrations so we decided to treat ourselves & travel in style. I contacted NYC Private Limo service only a day or 2 before our arrival & Christian was straight back to me, answering any questions & we were booked. Great communication from start to end. The limo itself was clean, spacious & comfortable, the driver was waiting on us at the airport even though our flight was delayed & he was lovely. There was no hidden costs or charges though we tipped the driver as we had such a great experience. There was water, soft drinks & ice & we ordered champagne & beer which was the best price I saw online- a great extra, tasted great & was very well chilled. I'd definitely use this service again & would highly recommend. 😀

Christian was highly flexible in doing all he could to provide a great service where the customer comes first. Great limo driver and very clean. Easy and very clear communication. Highly recommended.

We learned about NYC private limo through airportservice.com . We just emailed our requirements and Christian sent an email confirmation . Our driver Washington arrived promptly. He sent us a text notifying us that he had arrived at our pickup point. He picked us up in a stretch limo. We were a family of 5 with 8 check in luggage and 3 hand carries. As he drive to the airport he gave us a bit of NY history as he does drive tours at night. When we arrived at the airport he dropped us exactly at our airline entrance . He is very Informed. He helped us with all 11 pieces of our luggage 👍🏻 highly recommended limo service if you are a big group with lots of luggage .

Well what can i say.what a service, if you want to feel special for your arrival in new york then you must book this limo service. Friendly, professional on time, all in all a fantastic start and end to our trip. A Must extra is the champagne, really good rates. Cant wait to come back and use this service again

Our driver, Chris, was fantastic - from picking us up at Arrivals at JFK to driving us to our destination. Limo was clean and well stocked. Chris also gave us an aux cable to play our own music through the sound system. We decided to use the same service to deliver us back to the airport at the end of our visit. Quick text to Chris and we were set to go. I would highly recommend!

can anyone tell me is this a reputable company and do they offer an all inclusive rate for limo ride from jfk to manhattan. also is a 6 passenger limo much small than a 8 passenger limo
