Durante el Festival de Jinhae Gunhangje, a principios de abril, la historia naval de Corea del Sur es perfumada por la floración de los cerezos a principios de abril. Durante diez días, la base naval Jinhae, que suele estar cerrada al público, se inunda con 2,6 millones de turistas disfrutando del aire fresco y fragante, tomando fotografías mientras pasean por senderos cubiertos de pétalos. 혹시 3월말에서 4월 초에 진해에 올 일이 있다면 군항제를 보고가셔야합니다. 자가용을 끌고다니시는건 비추합니다. 1년 중 진해에서 차가 가장 많은 시기이니까요. 가로수가 거의 다 벚나무라서 벚꽃 풍경은 정말 최고입니다.

鎮海軍港節在3月底到4月初的慶尚南道鎮海區舉行，是鎮海櫻花最盛開的時間，亦是韓國最大的櫻花慶典。在繽紛的櫻花步道上，不但能體驗櫻吹雪的美，又可觀賞軍艦及軍樂隊的巡遊演出，一舉兩得。

There were cherry blossom in every corner of the city. The street was really beautiful with pink color. The weather was really nice too. The festival was so lively with Korean local vibes; street food and music.

This was a beautiful festival. I highly recommend a camera and good shoes. The "festival" is spread over different parts of Jinhae. There are many photographic opportunities with beautiful cherry blossoms everywhere. To see it all, you'd need to bus or taxi, plus walk a fair amount. There were some neat shops and street vendors as well. It was a bit hard to see everything since it wans't together in the same area, but still doable with enough time. Definitely recommend while the blossoms are out.

it took 6 hours drive from Seoul to Jinhae, but the view are stunning and the cherry blossom are blooming all over the corner of the city, the best view to enjoy its at Korail train station and the romance bridge. A lot of food hall also surround the area to enjoy korean traditional food

It was a highly expected trip and this place didnt fail us. It was beautiful to see all these cherry blossom trees in the park!! Lots of crowds but you can still take good photos as areas are wide and weather is good. Shorter route to go from Busan( just 1 hr plus drive) than from Seoul ( around 3-4 hrs drive).

It should not be missed in you are in South Korea during Spring. I would recommend avoiding weekends as it will be very crowded and depart early from Seoul or Busan so you can maximise your time in Jinhae also wear comfortable shoes as this is a lot of walking around

You can go via flight or train from Incheon Airport to Jinhae. Info is available in website. From Jinhae to Busan, can take bus from Jinhae bus terminal. Can check for info in website.

Since there are a lot more choices in town around the subway line, which also enable evening activities, and the trip in Jinhai will not last for a full day, suggest not to stay a night in Jinhai.

Hello...there..i was there last year and it was great...its my first time to see cherry blossom and there are many 😊😊😊
I was there during their festival april 7 which is a sureball to see full bloomed cherry trees
If you are already booked your flight you can still try to get there....i think u can still see and experience cherry blossom...its just few days before the peak dates which is april 1-10

We arrived on April 10 this year, the festival is just over and the facilities were taken away on 11th, including the mobile toilets. So, first week of April seems to be a safer bet, unless cherry blossom is not the top priority of the trip.
