Juste reiterate what others have posted it’s just brilliant and a short walk from The Coldstream Guards Museum a must if you are visiting the area.

This wasn't our first visit to Walk this Way - it was on our list of places to call in whilst in Coldstream. The shop is fascinating to look round, with everything from genuine military antiques, to second hand military books, badges, medals and a vast array of army surplus clothing! There is a small personal museum in the basement, too. The owners are very friendly and happy to help. This is one of the best shops of its type that I have ever visited.

What a great little find this was. Loads of military memorabilia for sale and there is a very interesting little museum downstairs. Spent lovely hour or so browsing, just wish we had more time. The owner was very informative and a pleasure to chat with.

We visited here for the first time last month. We were given a warm welcome and the owner was happy to answer any questions we had. He has a interesting little museum set up downstairs that is worth a little visit if you are in the area and are interested in history, WW1/ WW11, or army history.
As you look around you find a lot of things to look at! The owner has a items on in the museum area on display for sale, we found a few things to buy.
The museum is well set out and labels added, but I’m sure further questions can be asked if needed. There is a voluntary donation app to leave a donation, which we were more then happy to do.
There is parking on the street outside.

We have visited here many times. always made to feel welcome, not rushed, so much to see. The man is so knowledgeable and very friendly...a true asset to the town

Had a walkaround the shop then went into the the museum downstairs. Some very interesting items on display and makes you wonder how people from today would cope if they had to live it that era.

This is a great little shop that we stumbled on quite by chance in historic Coldstream which specialises in army surplus and militaria. As an unexpected surprise there’s also a great little museum in the basement that has some small but interesting displays on WW1 and WW2 and some wonderful models, memorabilia and genuine items from these periods and later conflicts. There was also an interactive display in the form of a really detailed diorama based around SOE in WW2 which both my 12-year old lad and I thought was ace. We spent quite a bit of time talking to Trevor, the owner, who is really friendly and has a lot of knowledge about all aspects of the military and he’s clearly put a lot of thought into this. We really enjoyed our visit and it’s well worth popping into if you are visiting Coldstream.

Fantastic.
Trevor was super welcoming and spent the time to talk to our 11 year old about SOE operations.
He played the spy game and was a winner!
So inspiring, when we came back to our cottage we put on the film A Call To Spy which relates so much to the artefacts and stories we read in the museum.
So much time and effort gone into the museum and you should be very proud.

Great little gem. If you are passing through or stopping at Coldstream, stop by at Walk this Way. Great army surplus shop with a really great little museum downstairs on WW1 and WW2. Trevor and Heken are great, highly recommended

This was a fun way to spend a cold and rainy afternoon.
The military clothing collection was very interesting in its self.
