We have booked a GARDEN DUPLEX SUITE which I was told is on the ground floor !!!! but we would like to be in a suite on the higher floor with a balcony and wanted to know how hard it is to change the rooms,

I feel confident that the staff will do everything they can to make your stay perfect. If they have a suitable suite available I’m sure they will accommodate you without any problem .

Our experience over two visits to this hotel is that the staff are all anxious to make your stay memorable, for all the right reasons. I would be confident that they will help.

We were able to change our room. I guess it depends on how busy they are.
