I have a knee problem although I can struggle up stair but could you tell me if there is a lift and if possible I would like a room on the first floor

good morning we have ground floor rooms avalable,
They have ground floor rooms, wet rooms and outside area suitable for disabled, rooms have alarms if anyone needs help.
There isn't a lift but there are rooms on the ground floor.
Did not see a lift but the staff are great they will help u have fun we did x
i did not see any lift and am not sure there are any rooms on the ground floor sorry i can't help on this occasion

We had a lovely time there, my husband was not in good health and they helped me so very much.
hi there. there rooms on the ground floor but i don't think there's a lift. the owners are very accommodating so if you call and explain I'm sure they'll help.
Hi.notify I'm afraid but they will take you're luggage up for you.they have added more rooms but not sure if they are on ground level. They so willing to help you. It's of a high standard so you will enjoy your stay. Hope this helps
Hi there, we went last week and my 80 year old uncle who had had a knee replacement the week before was part of our party, I think they have ground floor rooms or something as he went through a different door to his room just next to reception, I know he was fine staying there and wouldn't have managed stairs.
Sorry to say there is not a lift and the stairs will be very difficult if you have a knee problem.
